Stopped in at 8:30 pm, stood at the front of by the register for 5min nobody said anything and couldn't get anyone to take my order. So I left. If you're not going to serve in the 8 o'clock hour you should just close at 8pm. Also I was the only customer there.
Never eating at this location again. I've tried time and time again to give this jimmy johns second chances over the last several years and I'm tired of it. This single jimmy johns has messed up my order nearly every single time I have ordered the exact same sandwich from them over the past few years and they can never get it right. Literally 7-8 times out of 10 not counting alot of the times I've checked the order in-store and have them fix my sandwich before I leave. If I leave...read full review

If only you can choose 0 stars! I place an online order, call 60 minutes after ordering because I am no longer able to track the order. Call back and am told it will be at least another hour. Tell the female manager to cancel my order (I understand places are short staffed/busy) to find out Jimmy Johns will have my money for the next 3-5 business days?? UNACCEPTABLE!
