If only you can choose 0 stars! I place an online order, call 60 minutes after ordering because I am no longer able to track the order. Call back and am told it will be at least another hour. Tell the female manager to cancel my order (I understand places are short staffed/busy) to find out Jimmy Johns will have my money for the next 3-5 business days?? UNACCEPTABLE! Do not bill the customer until the order is made! Or better yet, be like other establishments in the La Crosse area and shut down online/mobile orders so the customer has to call in and be informed of the longer wait times. With the amount of sub shops in the area you would think Jimmy John would want to up their service!

Stopped in at 8:30 pm, stood at the front of by the register for 5min nobody said anything and couldn't get anyone to take my order. So I left. If you're not going to serve in the 8 o'clock hour you should just close at 8pm. Also I was the only customer there.

Never eating at this location again. I've tried time and time again to give this jimmy johns second chances over the last several years and I'm tired of it. This single jimmy johns has messed up my order nearly every single time I have ordered the exact same sandwich from them over the past few years and they can never get it right. Literally 7-8 times out of 10 not counting alot of the times I've checked the order in-store and have them fix my sandwich before I leave. If I leave this store without checking my order first it's wrong every single time which is ridiculous given that the other location downtown on pearl Street has never gotten my order wrong despite going to them almost exclusively after it was apparent that this store (which is closer to my house) is incapable of correctly preparing my order. I will say that lately the newer staff there seems to be alot more friendly than the rude and arrogant employees that have worked there in years past but that means little when this single store has messed my order more than every restaurant that I have ever eaten in throughout my entire life combined. My previous statement may sound dramatic but it is entirely without exaggeration. I should have stopped going to this store years ago but despite my better judgment I thought they deserved second chances given that I've worked in food service before and can understand that it's not always an easy job but this is just ridiculous. At my work our management refuses to get us jimmy johns for catering orders anymore because this store has never gotten the correct amount of sandwiches even once out of several orders, let alone having the correct sandwiches in the order. Everybody that I know in this area that has a poor opinion of jimmy johns have all said that this is the store they go to without exception. It's a poor excuse for a restaurant that I otherwise love outside of this particular location. At this point it would seem better to just close this store and open an entirely new one rather than let this location continue to tank public opinion of jimmy johns in this area.

Food is always great BUT the last 2 times i ordered pickup i ended up sitting for 15-20 minutes inside after i gave it a half hour before i arrived. 50 minutes to make 2 sandwiches is beyond ridiculous. Service has went down hill in the last year, it is no longer “freaky fast.” I’m currently writing this as i sit waiting on a sandwich since i gave them benefit of the doubt.

Order was wrong, waited on phone for awhile but got picked up eventually. I ordered a 16" Gargantuan but ended up with what I believe is a turkey with bacon lettuce and tomato. I ordered this on my way to work for my meal so i was hard press i will admit. The man I talked with over the phone was professional in handling the issue I brought up and ended up getting to a resolution. I'll give the customer service credit but to the down side I would have to say even though the slogan of the place is freaky fast, I want more of it to be freaky correct is all. Double checking on what the order is and making sure the customer gets the correct order is what plays into the satisfactory of a customer. All and all they treated me well and professionally but I say the the work on just insuring that what a customer orders and pays for, is what that customer pays for. A little work and I'd say they have potential for better.

Long story here. I ordered a sandwich. My card was declined because I had a fraudulent charge the day before, and I didn't know my bank closed the card. So I couldn't pay. They put the sandwich in the cooler while I drove to my bank to get a new card. I came back, and they made me a new one because they didn't want me to eat a soggy sandwich. And they threw in a free cookie to make my day better. Top shelf customer service. The manager who did this is a wonderful human. Thank you for making my day with your act of kindness.

Called and asked to have 2 sandwiches for delivery. Was told it would be an hour for delivery. Picked up 2 sandwiches on 11/1/2023. Employess were standing behond counter doing nothing. One sandwich was 1 inch shorter than the other. Both of us had belly aches after eating. Very disappointed in this store as this was not the first time for this.

Ordered from the app and after 1hr 15 min, I called and asked what is going on with the order. I called to cancel and they said they just delivered it out and will be there soon. He didn't seem to care and assumed I should know it is because they only one driver and ended every sentence with "all right?" 20 minutes later it showed up finally. The sandwiches were wrong and the driver also was indifferent. I tried delivery this one more time because they were also terribly slow last year but at least they were apologetic. They didn't seem to care at all and I think the store should be closed.

15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Extremely slow. I use to work for a Jimmy Johns in Louisiana. Sad to see how long it takes sandwiches to be made. Need more and faster staff.
