I placed an order on their website at around 9:15 pm for pickup at 9:45 pm. My fiance was going to pick it up on his way home from work. He gets to the store at 9:45 sharp and the door is locked. They wouldn't let him pick up our food. They wouldn't even hand it to him through the door. He said the black guy that worked there told him yes you can get it, but the big white guy kept telling him no, don't let him in. I called the store. We hadn't been there in a long time and went recently and it was just really slow. They didn't have many items.Kid-friendliness: They do have high chairs for kids and kids meals.

Food was okay. Nice that queso is free. But my daughter loves queso and it is a very chunky queso which she was not a fan of. But I get its for many tastes so can't always get what you want. The rice had large pieces of cilantro which was overpowering. Chips are very salty. Liked the birra meat but chicken was kind of plain.
