Breakfast crew did a great job.
Went last night with my girlfriend 30 minutes before they closed. My girlfriend and I are from Washington state, so only having one fast food option that late at night was not something we were used to and made us weary, but we had no choice. In a nutshell, the service by the gal taking our order and at the first window was upbeat and perky, the fries were cooked to order, and our sandwiches were hot and made well. We went thru the on July 4th at the Viroqua McDonald's. Everything from ordering to recieving our food was amazing. One of the items we ordered was a Quarter Pounder NO cheese...actually came with NO cheese...we have had issues with other McDonald's not getting that part correct. The food was hot and fresh!! Seriously one if not the best meals from a McDonald's I've had!!! Thank you!!

McDonald's stands out with its consistent and efficient service, hot food, and pleasant staff. Locations like those in Richland Center, WI, and Viroqua, WI, provide a high-quality fast food experience. The staff handles difficult customers professionally and maintains a fine balance. Recently, customers have reported good service, with helpful cashiers and clean dining areas, which have improved their experience. One customer noted that the young man at the counter, Baeric, was kind and showed great patience while helping with Happy Meal toys. However, some have still encountered issues, such as incorrect orders and poor food quality, leading to concerns about whether the cost justifies the quality.
