Poor service our waitress was not knowledgeable about anything. There were three tables yet our food took almost an hour. My fish was overcooked , fries cold. Out of the four of us only one had a decent meal . 100.00 wasted

Bartenders don't pay attention to customers...you have to stop them or get their attention to get another drink when your glass or (beer) can is empty

Good food if you can get it. Been semi-regular customers since they opened 15+ years ago. Service has been increasingly spotty over the past few years- but we gave the benefit of the doubt and sympathized with staffing shortages. However, this last time was not acceptable by any context. It should not take almost 2 hours to (not) get an order of wings with fries & a Burger (no fries- but with two basic add-ons of cheese + mushrooms). Plus, being told a sketchy story about the reason for the delay (our food supposedly went to the wrong Sever’s table- and then the re-order the waitress allegedly put in got lost by the kitchen?) & repeatedly misled that “it will only be another 10 or 15 minutes.” After 3 rounds that, on top of waiting for 55 minutes to begin with, we cancelled our order & left. The excuse that they were swamped & the dining room was really busy also doesn’t fly. We were one of 3 tables/12 diners total at 7pm on a Saturday night; who also got ridiculously late or unnecessarily messed-up orders. Overall, extremely disappointing and not recommended.

Went on a Saturday. ONE SERVER. Place was crowded but pool players and domino players took up three or four tables. Left after waiting fifteen minutes without being acknowledged by any staff.

It took a 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food. It came out overcooked. Then you notice the cook is sticking a nerf gun out of the kitchen door's. If you had that much time on your hands to play we shouldn't have overcooked food. Will never go here again

We went to Antlers for the 1st and last time today. The bartender told us to seat ourselves upon entering, which we did. Several additional tables came in after us. One young male server looked our way and never came to our table, but took an order of a table that just walked in. A table that came in after us went to ask for service after no one attended to them and the bartender came and took a drink order from their table a few feet away and didn’t acknowledge we had not been waited on…..even though she told us to take any table. After waiting almost 25 minutes and no one attended to us we left. Clearly they have some major Issues and most likely the reason for the for sale sign! Very poor service!! There appeared to be a bartender and one server working….very understaffed!! After reading reviews it sounds like others have experienced the same issues. It’s too bad as we were looking forward to trying their ribs.
First time visitors January 16. In our group we had the haddock, cuban sandwich and 2 different types of pizza, all of it was great. It was busy when we were there, only 1 bartender and 2 wait staff. Even though busy, employees had good attitudes.
