“Great people, Nice tavern. Always our #1 stop on our way to the hunting grounds in Florence county, wi the Friday of opening gun deer hunt season. They would put on a nice spread of “free help yourself” food. Brats, burgers, Wieners, beans, sour kraut, chips, sloppy joes, hot Turkey gravy sandwiches.... it became a family tradition to stop there every year.”

“Today, I took a drive to the Wooden Shoe Bar & ,Grill at 100 West Main Street, Lena, Wisconsin. It was a nice drive to get there. I was very surprised to see the menu and the July specials menu. I ordered the red, white and blueberry bacon burger. It was cooked medium rare and with all the ingredients the burger ended up being delicious. I credit whomever created this burger. One of the better burgers I have had here so far in Wisconsin

“Stopped in Wilton because I lived there for two years when I was a kid. Had lunch at Katie's. Cool old gas station type building that the sandwich shop is in. The workers were very efficient and the owner even helped confirm some of my memories of Pound. Oh and our sandwich and salad were top shelf. Keep up the good work ladies and thanks for making our visit better.”

“I'm in the area coming from Seymour for my son's cross country meet. We stopped here on the way home to grab some food and I was THRILLED to see this location still has their root beer on tap! All of the Green Bay locations switched to only using the fountain for their root beer. It's night and day different in taste. The food was great and the staff was super friendly and courteous. I will be back here next time I'm in town.”

“We just had a baby shower at Ray Ray's Bottom's Up Bar in her very large back room and RayRay went way above and beyond to make sure my daughter's baby shower was special. Ray Ray is a one of a kind special woman who actually cares about her customers! And she did all of this at no charge!...Not too many people would do that. I would recommend her bar for any event or even if you wanted to just go and relax and have a drink...I have also had the pleasure of doing that as well! lol I give her the highest praise as possible!!! 💜”

“This place has a great family atmosphere early. the kitchen is open from 11am when they open until 9pm. the bar typically closed between 9 & 10 pm depending on how busy they are. they are open Monday -Saturday with daily specials. Monday is Italian, Homemade lasagna, Ravioli, Spaghetti and meatballs, and Piggy Mac which is white cheddar cheese macaroni with BBQ pork. all are very delicious. Tuesday is a Prime Rib Sandwich with potato. Wednesday is wings. Thursday is Mexican. Friday is Fish. Saturday is Chef's Choice, with various specials. Friday is $3 old fashions starting at 5pm and Saturday is $3 pint rail mixers starting at 5 pm. friendly bartenders and great cooks. come enjoy a meal and some cocktails.”
