Stopped in to eat, boyfriend waited as I used ladies room when we first walked in. Bartender and waitress were less than 10 feet away, never said a single word to him as he waited. I came out a few minutes later, no signs so we guessed that we should seat ourselves. Bartender saw us looking for a table and snarled "You have to wait at the bar for a table." Waitress then piped in "It's first come first serve, I have orders to put in." No reason to waste money in such an unfriendly place, so we left! Obvious to us why it was nearly empty with less than 10 people at 5pm.

It's definitely my favorite restaurant. Not to mention, they have Hacker Pschorr oktoberfest on tap year round!! Where else can you order a liter of amazing german beer? My only warning to people is that it's a cash only establishment.
Can't say how the food was ,because we couldn't even get a drink.Bartender (owner)Was busy and we acknowledge that and had no problem waiting. But to get passed over in queue for people he knew seems ridiculous. Not a hi I will be with you or anything multiple people who came after us got drinks and we were sitting at the bar cash out waiting patiently. After 25 minutes we left.It's a shame he couldn't even make first timers feel welcome.Oh well Rivers Bend happily took our money and it was an awesome experience

I just wish they had an option to accept credit card. Other than that, loved the experience and first time eating Schnitzel (pictured her), very good flavor and crunch. Fresh tasting salad bar at no extra charge was my favorite aspect of dining here.
