My family likes the burgers and box of fries. Not my first choice, but I will go there once in a while. My complaint is the cleanliness of the dining area. Floor is sticky from spilled soda. Tables could be cleaner.
I just stopped at the Westhill Road Appleton, WI location, only ordered a Tominator sandwich only, no Mayo, no onions, heavy pickles and Bravo! This burger was delicious, first time ever made with lots of pickles the way I like it. Normally when I ask for heavy pickles, I get three extra slices. This burger was awesome!
Tom’s food is generally good, especially their cheese-curds, burgers, ice-cream and chicken tenders are all staples when frequenting here. However, regarding my ‘3-star’ review, there is zero reason the employees preparing customers orders, shouldn’t be wearing gloves when handling food. I have been here many times and can see direct behind their kitchen, and I’ve witnessed them touching food items (Buns for example) without wearing gloves. That is a health code violation...
