“We did the tasting menu for my birthday. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars. Totally unpretentious vibes, just classic Wisconsin. The food is out. of. this. world. Some classic pairings/dishes with a bit of a twist - emphasis on local and seasonal flavors. My favorites were the herby nutty hollandaise based dressing on a charred/grilled romaine and a mahi mahi with chicken fried rice and carrot ginger purée. Chef Curt is also just fantastic to talk to - laid back, funny, so knowledgeable and talented. Staff was amazing. On the higher price end but worth every penny.“

“The food and drinks were phenomenal. We had unloaded bloodies, prime rib cheesesteak sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich and the hot chicken sandwich. All amazing and the tots and onion rings were perfect. The service was impeccable as we sat at the bar. We even ordered three 9 inch pizzas (not par baked) to go for dinner! Excellent vibes, service and food! Highly recommend!“

“We had the brisket, cheeseburger, fries and spicy curds for lunch. The curds were lightly battered and perfectly cooked. Brisket was great and burger was very good and cooked as requested. Fries weren’t too salty and were the lightly battered kind. Jose was a friendly and helpful bartender chef and nice to talk to while seated at the bar. We’re not from the area and are always looking for a new bar or diner to try on our travels from northern Illinois to northern Wisconsin. Definitely going back and looking forward to trying the fish fry!“

“My husband, daughter and I stopped in for lunch on our way to the zoo. The food was well worth the stop! We will definitely stop in again if we are in the area again. Also, was 11 am and was kid friendly at that time of day.“

“This is the place to host your kids bowling party! Green Bay Mom's, consider hosting your childs birthday party whether big or small at Village Lanes. Our party was 12 kids plus a handful of adults and we used the party room, which was included! It's also suited well for smaller or even bigger parties. The prices are great for both bowling and pizza/soda. Lemonade is also an option, for those that don't want to serve soda. All the kids loved the pizza. We were able to bring ice cream and they can store it in the freezer. Don't forget the ice cream scoop, but if you do they came through with some large spoons that worked. If you have a small party with no decorations, then you probably dont need the party room and will likely play more games but have less pizza. But if you do a large party and want some space to play games and store presents/party favors/cake, then I recommend using the extra room. They have lots of chairs and tables to use. I brought table covers from the dollar store, as well as colorful plates, utensils. They have small white cups to use for drinks, which worked for us, or you can bring themed or larger ones. I brought minimal hanging decorations but there is plenty of wall space to hang decorations if you want to host all out. Sarah was great with communication and flexible with how many kids showed vs rsvp'ed. Since there were no other parties before ours, I was able to set up early. “Big place that can handle a lot of people. Event space galore, indoor and outdoor seating. small covered outdoor bar is very popular when open. I have been to a ton of fundraiser events here for local sports teams and organizations. Food is good and quick. Known for their pizza, wings and cocktails/beer selection. They have quite a few taps. Have been here when there were hundreds of people here and have never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. Staff is always courteous and quick.“
