The roast pork is tender, moist, and tasty, while the sirloin steak is thick and grills well, tasting like a nice filet. The smoked ham is delicious, with tons of meat. Mike and his crew do a great job producing so many delicious options for all occasions. Family owned and friendly, you can't go wrong! A 6 lb. smoked half ham was one of the best, if not the best, ever served.
