Hailey the manager is so rude. She is so disgusting, disrespectful with how she treats customers. She acts as if she is better than everyone. She will not help you, exchange a toy, nor get an order right. She should not be a manager or even work with people. I will never be back to this location. I actually went to another location on my way home and they were able to fix my order and get it correct by reading the slip. I also never got an rude attitude. Wow

My friend & I made a quick "pit stop" after a Packer game. DALTON was working the window. Sooo friendly, kind, fast, efficient & complimentary. DOING IT ALL on a late Sunday night. BRAVO Mr Dalton!!!

Unless you are in drive-thru, they don't pay attention to you. Girl was running around, and as you would ask her for anything, she would just ignore you. Older gentlemen was looking to get sugar for his coffee. After being ignored , He was near the entrance of the front counter only then was told to move out of the way and then told he was trespassing.

EVERY TIME I go to McDonald’s in Lomira, (which isn’t very often) I go through the drive thru. And EVERY TIME, they screw up my order! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! So this time I decided to go inside instead. The lady taking my order was very nice and helpful. While I was waiting for my order I was going to get my soda and wait at one of the tables. NOT!! The soda area was gross, litter strewn around and very dirty. I was going to sit at one of the tables. NOT!! There was litter on the tables and were very dirty as well. When they called my number, I looked in the bag quickly, took it with me and drove home. Dang it, EVERY TIME!! My sandwich wasn’t in the bag!! I called right away. The girl asked if they should send me a coupon or to come and get it? It was my lunch, so I said I would drive back and get it. Can I go through the drive thru, yes! Spent more time in the drive thru, got my burger and as suspected it was stone cold! It must have been my burger sitting for the last half after I originally ordered it! And who was the older lady behind the counter wearing a coat, shorts and slippers? She butted in front of the cashier rang something up, went and got a soda for herself and then went to the back again. Very unprofessional! Now I remember why I don’t go there very often!

Honestly the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Came on a Saturday morning, it was busy, went to the second lane and they decided to help 5 people in a row in the first lane before helping the second lane once. The guy just kept saying “one second” when we finally ordered they had us pull forward to wait for our food and then handed us the wrong food. We then had to go in and wait over 20 minutes for them to get our food, the whole process took 40 minutes to get a McMuffin and a bagel, absolutely unacceptable and shameful.

I don't go to McDonald's very often but I had my granddaughter and she wanted to go. The kid behind the counter was so out of it that I don't think he even knew where he was. He was so dulled out and of no help at all. He couldn't answer questions or assist me with value meal pricing. I really wonder what he was doing there. The food was okay but not great. Same old stale skinny cheeseburgers and limp french fries. Now I remember why I don't go to McDonald's.
