Efficient and kind staff every time I come! Only issue I've had is, twice in the past with ordering they got are orders pretty messed up. So to solve that we just avoid it and say what we want at the actual Subway
Great food and kind staff. A more enthusiastic staff would make this place double their business. Even something as simple as knowing a customer's name and using it as you greet them coming in, can get you repeat business twice as often. I love Subway, but I have only been to one location that I literally went to Mon.-Fri over any other place because they made it an excellent experience every time I went. Lomira Subway did a great job with our group order. After having trouble initially with a tax exempt form, we decided to figure it out when the manager, Alyssa was in next. The employees on that day handled the issue well, and Alyssa was fantastic. She went out of her way via phone calls over the next couple of days to take care of a small amount of tax that we needed to get right for our school district. Everybody involved was great to work with!
