It's actually not THAT bad. The tacos are decent, our order was ready pretty fast, we always get take out so I can't talk about cleanliness, staff, ect. But the food is okay!

Usually this taco bell had decent quality food but this last time when I ordered the workers didn't know what I was saying and we're just messing around even though I clearly stated my order. When I got my food my tacos were upside down spilled in the bad and we're extremely cold. Super unprofessional will never come back.

Service is horrible. Pulled up to drive through and no one helped so pulled around to go inside and waiting 20 min when there were no other customers. They also almost always screw up your order

Might possibly be the worst Taco Bell in Wisconsin!! Maybe the entire Midwest??!! They only accept cash about half the time they are open. I've never been to a Taco Bell that constantly runs out of food!! The other night they were handing out paper towels because they ran out of napkins!!

No one pays attention to front counter. Not all of us have money on our cards but have cash. When not a single person looks over to FC, even the one with the best view, they don't care at all. Coming in to get a couple of tacos for the road while on a time crunch and already inside to get fuel.... -.- I miss the Burger King. The staff then cared and paid attention to the customers, even when short staffed. This Taco Hell isn't short staffed. They just don't care.

This location is the worst location I've ever been to from food made wrong to customer service I just stopped in about 15 minutes ago walked in no one at the front counter stood there for about 5 minutes had two workers in the back make eye contact then move out of eye site then another 2 or 3 minutes pass then 3 workers come up to the front do some stuff on the screen look at me say 1 minute then walk away for a few more minutes come back up told me 1 minute again walk away and after another few minutes I said screw it and left and I've been here before and every time some how they never get my order 100% correct and being in a small town we don't have many options to choose from so we are stuck trying this location but after today I'll drive the extra 20 minutes and go somewhere else

This is my favorite Taco Bell! I have never dined in, drive thru only but the staff is always so friendly, my order is always correct and the food well made.
