This restaurant is so underrated! It was some of the best food I've ever had! I feel a lot of the negative reviews are by those who haven't experienced authentic Mexican food. Which is not surprising since most Mexican restaurants in our area are Americanized Mexican. If you are someone who appreciates real deal Mexican, this is the spot for you!

Came to eat while passing through between 4:30-5 on Thursday and they were dead. Only 1 other family was there . Paid $70 for basic tasting food for 2 adults and 2 teens. It wasn't the worst I've ever had but not anywhere near good. It was overpriced for sure. $15 for 2 ground beef enchiladas with rice and beans is insane. Salsa tasted like water and the chips were cold. I have never in my life been to a Mexican restaurant that had cold tortilla chips. They have always been warm. Wait staff was slow. Our waitress brought out our food one plate at a time with a wait of about 5-8 minutes in-between each plate. Never received our check. My husband had to go to the front to ask to pay so we could leave. I left feeling sick to my stomach. Also they use dish soap in the bathroom for hand soap which burned my hands and made them red.

Very cool place right off the highway and the el pastor tacos were very good! Nice and friendly wait staff. We’ll come back when we’re up driving this way next time.

First the chips were stale and cold, not fresh at all. The bowl of salsa was so small you couldn’t even dip your chips in it. Had 2 burritos that were both cold and no taste at all, asked for cheese dip on top and get a slice of cheese that was not even melted. Would not recommend, some of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten

Tacos chicken very dry beans ok rice no flavor burrito tasted like the meat was spoiled and smelled like it took two bites out of burrito left the rest wouldn't even give a discount... service was slow and only had 3 tables of people in the place.... waitress never came back to even see if everything was ok but stood around talking to Other waitresses needless to say we will never go back

It's hard to find authentic mexican food and not americanized (but you can order if you want), they hit on all points especially amazing food! Salsa is fantastic with flavor and lots of heat! El pastor has lots of flavor with authentic flavor.

I’m not one to leave reviews but it was bad enough that I felt like I should. The food was so bad. There was no flavor to it. The rice felt like it was made from a box. The chicken chimichangas were the most unappetizing things I’ve ever had. The chicken looked like it was canned, also had no flavor. I couldn’t even finish one. My kids said it looked like cat food! They had the wings which they said were fine but they were overpriced. The water was good. My stomach did not feel good after eating there. Would not recommend.
