Lady wasn't prepared during opening. Saw me pull in then I watched her hide behind the wall. Door was locked and I was sure maybe it was still closed but nope open. When I left I could see the lady looking at me peaking from the wall. Super sad will not be coming here again.

This place has gone down hill in the last year for service. I could order online and it would be done on time, now every time I’m waiting an additional 15-20 mins for my order. While 1 person works and the other doesn’t do any thing to get the orders completed.

Worker wouldn't take my order, she was busy. But I was the only person. So I walked out, she had a snarky comment that I couldn't wait. Wait for what you to take my order. She just kept telling me a few more minutes. I know it's hard to get employees, but ones like that cost you business.

Tried to order twice this week with no luck. First time stopped and listened to 2 women chatting in the back while one man was doing his best but he clearly was overwhelmed so left. Several days later ordered online, finished order with payment but never received a confirmation. Called and young lady answered Hello. Needed to confirm it was Subway and inquired about my order. She very confidently told me We haven’t had an online order in a very long time, it doesn’t work. When I told her it took my payment she was silent. Asked if her manager was aware of this issue, Oh yeah they know. I had to call my CC to dispute the charge.
Don’t waste your time going there.

Stopped at Subway (was only person in store-now no why!?).
I typically don’t go to fast food for myself and I definitely will not be coming back here. I like to purchase local- BUT 3 employees and it took them 5min to find a bowl for a salad. The guy working there looked confused when I asked for a salad versus the sandwich- may need more training?
I can’t review the food because I left after waiting 5 minutes for them to find a bowl! I’ve wondered why it’s not been busy when I drive by and now I know.

Employees did not wash hands before putting on gloves. I was told somebody would be in shortly while All three employees stared at me aimlessly walked around and started a personal conversation. I left without getting a sub next time I will stop at one of the three subways I passed on my way home.

Stopped in. Ordered a flatbed, which was great! Ordered a wrap. The chicken was a consistency of tuna, and it was just folded in half and the ends were not tucked in. Took a bite and it all fell out. Please train on how to process a wrap!

I placed an online order on June 17 at ~7:55p. The app doesn’t update me (likely because the employee manning the order didn’t care about her job, helping people, or being a professional when confronted) until 8:05p so I start going to my order. I’m there at 8:15p and specifically ask if the sandwich was toasted because it feels cold. I drive home, let my dogs out, get back in the house and open my sandwich to find it is NOT toasted. I ordered with deluxe meat, a specific array of veggies and sauce, none of which found their way onto my sandwich. My sandwich is half cut, cold, and the bread is soft.

I try to call and explain the situation and the girl is immediately rude, defensive, and burning with anger from her vibrant colored split-ends. I ask for her name, at which point she says “I don’t have to give it to you, I won’t be working here much longer and I don’t care what you do or say”, so here what’s I have to say. My sandwich couldn’t have been prepped by someone less caring of their job — whatever that job is doesn’t matter.
