Augie's Bar & Grill LLC has been a beloved spot for years, with the owners still occasionally around. The listed price is $575,000, and the hours vary, so checking their Facebook page is recommended. The food is always great, with a special mention of the tasty pizza. It's a warm and inviting place, perfect for families with kids. While it can get rowdy late at night like any bar, the overall experience is pleasant and welcoming for all.
