It took 40+ minutes for us to be waited, me and my friend. Weren’t asked about drinks, or the type of food we wanted at the grill. When the server finally asked, it took another 20 minutes to retrieve our food to even cook it. We still did not get asked about drinks or sides, and when the waiter served us, she was rude and threw our bowls of sides down. Groups of larger people that arrived minutes after us received their food and were approached constantly and serviced with replenishments without hesitation. Yet me and my friend sat there in the middle of an open area ignored, even after being told she would check on us. I totally understand being busy, yet we were completely ignored and treated unfairly. Left feeling hungry, unsatisfied and even discriminated against. Will not be returning, which is very unfortunate as I was rather excited entering.

Place was outstanding!! Staff was nice and quick and we were immediately served. They were very attentive to all their guests and we definitely felt welcome esp with it being our first time. Def would be returning back!! Certainly me favorite spot in Madison!!

Food was fine. We ordered barbecue and choose to cooked in kitchen. But at checkout found we were charged an extra two dollars for that, which is not on the menu or informed when we ordered. We asked for it but the cashier gave us an attitude, like we are the unreasonable ones. Will never come again, and PLEASE PUT THAT CHA RGE ON THE MENU!!!
