Terrible! The cafe mocha tasted like dirty water, and I couldn't even taste the chocolate. The toasted bagel was rubbery and unpleasant to eat. I understand that airport cafes are expensive, but I expect quality food for the price. What a waste of money! I will never go there again.

Arrived a little before 4pm on a Sunday. There was a hand written sign on the counter that said the worker would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 50 minutes before he came back. When I asked he said he was taking a nap.

Why does the airport location always suck? Ancora is a good coffee shop. But not this location. Grumpy boomer barista resented us all. My coffee drink tasted good Ty, barista who was not the grumpy. The only food options were baked good. No alternative milks available. And I know airport, and also a Kind bar coffee and water was $15. Hope the woman who made my coffee gets the tip. Grumpy boomer had a critique of how I used the credit card machine. And it doesn’t matter how bad this place is. It’s one of two spots open after security in the morning. The other spot’s line of two people was not moving.Vegetarian options: There are only baked goods. If you eat eggs and butter and want a sugar boom you’re good.Dietary restrictions: If it’s gluten, dairy, or vegan you’re out of luck. Only traditional baked goods. The do have a basket of Kind bars and snack like that from Costco if you’re desperate.

10/22/2033, 8:15 am - Rude employee playing a game on her phone (I know because she set it down on the counter when she needed to actually do some work). Wasn't paying attention to what I ordered and didn't give me half of the items I ordered. She said she only charged me for what I got, and if I wanted the rest I would need to get to the back of the line and order again. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and treated me like it was my fault that she screwed up. 0/10, do NOT recommend. You are better going to Metcalfs across the walkway. Faster service that got the order right first time.

The website say’s specifically it opens at 0430 Sundays. Yet this is the time an employee shows up and he takes 30mins to open to the public. The public is confused seeing an employee there durin advertised open hours an frequently distracts him asking when they open. Your advertised hours should reflect when your open to the public. Not when employees show up and refuse and don’t have the means to serve the public.

Nothing takes the place of customer service, which means if for some reason you are not able to open on time and people are waiting, say something! Three people behind the counter and not a word.

If there was a zero star option, I would take that. There was a melting puddle of water in front of a cooler at this place right now, and three associates behind the register standing around. I told you one of them “you know you have a mess here m, right?” She sharply and rudely said, “ I KNOW!” And offered no other explanation.I mentioned to the guy behind me the rude comment and how I see they are all just standing around. One of them should have the ability to mop it up, I mean COME ON!When I got to the register another associate explained that they have a leaky refrigerator for 3 weeks with nothing done about it, so there is nothing they can do about it. IMO they should all be able to use a mop!Lastly how do you expect a tip when you are simply ringing up my sandwich! No real service and definitely no tip deserved!Completely rude and I will definitely never give them any more of my business
