I went to Applebee's about a year or so ago and really enjoyed it and the food. This year I went for my birthday dinner with my family and the menu had completely changed and The selection was not great. My local family diner has a larger selection than this Applebee's. I believe they must have been short-staffed because we waited a very long time for drink refills, food orders, the bill, etc. We started out with the spinach and artichoke dip and got the bottom chips from the bag so they were all tiny and crumbled up and didn't scoop up the dip. We weren't able to finish it for lack of chips. The Southwest bowl was pretty well flavored. The mac and cheese had no flavor at all and the sweet and spicy chicken tenders were very sweet with no spice. This dish is not recommended. The portion size for the grilled maple bacon chicken and cheesy broccoli was very small. It left me unsatisfied. It tasted great though. The blackened salmon was requested with only a little black and it came with no black. The Alfredo pasta with sausage was apparently okay. The birthday Sundae at the end was YUMMY. Someone left us an origami crane. I thought I'd include a photo of it. We left it for the next customer. I don't think any of us will be going back.
Vegetarian options: I didn't notice specifically marked vegetarian options. I'm sure you can ask for things without meat.
Dietary restrictions: I didn't notice anything specifically labeled as gluten free or dairy-free. I would recommend calling and finding out if your restrictions can be met.
Parking: Parking lot wraps around the building.
Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of children there.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of wheelchair accessible parking spots and a wheelchair accessible entrance and bathroom.

The restaurant was extremely dirty. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. There was maybe 6 other people in the place. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to get our food. Boneless chicken wings were extremely dried out, the rest of the food was cold. A steak was ordered well done and was rare. While our waitress was friendly I also watched her stand behind the bar and eat food before bringing our order. Three other tables who were seated after us received their food before us.

Came in yesterday with a group of 10 people the hostess was incredibly rude, didn’t smile, looked miserable, didn’t greet us either. We waited over 10 minutes, finally was seated. Our waitress was a Hispanic lady, at first we didn’t even know who are waitress was because she didn’t sit us down at the table the hostess did. After about 5 minutes she comes out her demeanor was awful no smiling no great communication nothing! Towards the end of us eating my cousin asked for a refill she looked at my cousin and didn’t say anything and went back to whatever she was doing (rude). Lastly, she messed up the bill I explained to her that it needed to be split and told her who I was paying for, I looked at the bill she didn’t add my meal so I called her back over and she seemed irritated at that point. She fixed it but added a drink on there for a person I wasn’t paying for! At this point I just wanted to go. With that being said Applebees please train your employees on better customer service skills! Also the food wasn’t good at all Everything seemed rushed, uncooked and not done.

This place is ran down the lady I think name is Betty Hispanic was very rude she rushed us, eyed us the whole time we ate complained and gossiped about the other customers complaints as her and her daughter and the white lady with the red hair ran in and out o the kitchen with street clothes on no hair nets. I over heard the lady with the red hair say to the Hispanic lady that one of the customers can stop asking her for a star service unless he’s willing to be her sugar daddy. Tacky, classless, deplorable and distasteful

Seated by hostess, only 2 people at bar, waited apx 10 minutes and had to ask 2 employees next to me playing with silverware if there was a bartender. 1 gal said she was the bartender and went and got me a drink, finally!!. Waitress came, took our order to include appetizers. Waited a long time, flagged down the only other waitresses, and she brought our appetizer out, and yes 1 minute later, our food came out. Waitress made an excuse of six top when hostess was doing nothing and another employee was still playing with silverware. Complained to waitress, and Mgr ,if any NEVER even came out.

Got food from Applebee's today for delivery. The burger was great but the crispy chicken sandwich was terrible and burnt. As I bit into the sandwich a ton of grease came out of the chicken. It was disgusting. Probably the worst crispy chicken sandwich I ever had.
