Went to lunch here this weekend and it the service was very slow and disorganized. I can appreciate they likely were understaffed, however there were a good amount of workers that I saw and interacted with and not that many tables. I was by myself, walked in asked for a table for 1, saw most of the tables open, and was told there would be a 10 min wait. With no “we are a bit understaffed at the moment” or “or bar seating is available right away if you’d like”. Just felt unwelcoming. So I waited, got sat about 10 min later. Ordered my water, app, and salad right away. App came, not from my waitress, and this woman noticed I didn’t have a drink yet, so she ended up grabbing me my water. Then after a long time, my waitress did come back, and thought I needed my check, but realized I didn’t get my salad yet. Got my salad, finished it. Waited a very long time for anyone else to ask me if I needed my check or anything else. In the mean time, other tables had been complaining as well, getting out of their seats because they’d been there 25 min, told their drink order to 2 people, and hadn’t gotten drinks yet. I asked for a dessert to go finally, and shouldn’t have, that took forever. Got my bill, tried to take it to the bar to hasten the process, bartender asked me if needed something and I just said to pay my bill, and he said “I don’t know who your server was” and didn’t offer any additional help. My waitress ran my check finally, and apologized profusely…but no offers to comp the dessert, or reasons why she had been missing for most of the service. Food was fine, parking fine, it was just the lack of service. I saw the hostess, 2 waitresses, bartender, and 2 other persons helping with tables. And counted 8-9 tables that were full in the entire place. That didn’t seem busy enough to be so disorganized, as I’ve worked as a waitress myself. 1 person table, I was there almost 2 hours.

Honest Review
Did a carside to go for a 5:55 pm pickup. Got their at 6pm. Waited and called them at 6:05. They said they would bring it out and that it was ready. 6:23 comes around and the order is still not delivered tk the vehicle. At this point it is no longer a carside, its a pickup! I go inside to pickup the food and they cannot find the food! Then they pulm it off some side shelf and said sorry its been here awhile. Really? What crap is this? The food was super cold! I would not recommend this place to my worst nightmare! Unreal!!!!

Our service name was Carlos. I’m pretty sure that was his name, but he was very sweet. Very understanding. Very kind and very very patient. He was the most amazing server we had and I would recommend going to this Applebee’s. If you want an amazing experience, Carlos went out of his way to make sure we had the right service and treated us With amazing service, I Recommend this place a lot if you’re looking for a happy place where you feel welcomed and loved
The food was phenomenal so was the service The bathrooms are horribly dirty. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars.

I went into Applebee's and ordered two desserts 🍨 to go - I was the only person in there except for a family of 4 sitting in a booth - and served - took almost 40 minutes to put my order together - way to long to wait for a to-go order

Four of us dined here for a late lunch. Service took quite awhile because they were short staffed. All of our meals were good. Our waitress did her best and was friendly while they were also short staffed. She did her best. Here is the one star atmosphere rating reason and I wish I could give it zero.... This restaurant is gross! There is definite water damage and black stains in ceiling panels.just look up and you will see them! The womens' bathroom was disgusting and smelled of septic beyond belief and was not clean at all. There were puddles of water on the tile in the restaurant area where people walked through, which could be very slippery. Food messes were all over the place and you could tell that nothing had been sprayed/sanitized and wiped down for a long time. I have gone to many Applebee's over the years and they always have clean everything and good management. Someone needs to clean clean clean it and also look at all the water damage which will lead to black mold and more. I would not recommend going here at all. Don't know how they can stay open like that.
