Placed a order online to pick it up, using Estreet. Drove to the restaurant to pick up my order. Pulled up to the speaker as the lights were off in the lobby and I was concerned that the place was closed. Explained that I had placed an online order to pick it up, and while I knew it wasn't ready, I just wanted to let the know I was there.After explaining again at the window that I knew it wasn't ready and I would wait. Was asked if I was sure I had placed my order for pick up not delivery, yes, and it's ok if it's not ready I'll wait.Was told they were out of shake mix and was handed 2 bags and a drink.Got Home to missing 2 items, everything cold and grossly hard. Threw it all away.

We both really enjoyed our sandwich, and I would have enjoyed the warm and crispy curly fries more if the cheese l ordered had made it to the bag!

Whoever is the manager is horribly rude. We asked for condiment packets and the person taking our order in the drive through let out a big sigh and was very rude. The manager was even the one who took our order according to an employee.

ordered 2 Brisket Sandwichs 2 medium fries. entire order went in the garbage. 18.00 for cold sandwiches untried bacon hardly more than thin slice of something with very little on it. inedible. and fies with no salt. I won't be back!!!!
