I have given this location three tries. The first two, a guy was at the drive-through window and did not speak, Let me say that again, he DID NOT SPEAK. Not one word through the whole transaction. WHY does he have a job working with the public?! He only just stared at me until I realized he was in the window. He never spoke one word during the whole transaction. Tonight I gave it a third try, Besides, not asking me what size combo I wanted, the girl at the drive-through gave me my money in a pile with the change on top, and it dropped on the ground which I could not retrieve, and they didn’t reimburse me. Hey Arby’s! I thmuch crumpled up and handed to me. Some of my change fell on the ground, which I could not retrieve and I was not reimbursed for. Please train your employees this is just unacceptable. In the “old” they would’ve been fired and they should be. Why is terrible and/or lack of, customer service exceptable?!!!!!!!!

So I came in and ordered some sliders, there were ok. Clearly the tenders were old so threw the tase of the sandwich off, but its what happened after receiving me food that was so disturbing. I ordered for take away, got my food and left and my sister (who was just there with me) noticed her phone was missing. After calling it a few times it was clear we didn't have it so we pulled up find my iPhone. The app indicated it was still at the arbys, so I call them to see if they found the phone. They said they had not found a phone or no one turned it in so we just go back to the location to look ourselves. We didnt find it so we asked them to pull up security footage, 30 min later they havent pulled up security footage and they phone location changes to locations (still near the arbys) so my sister goes out back near their garbage cans and finds here phone on the ground between their garbage cans. Her screen is now cracked.

Great food the deals they had definitely help make it through the work week went to Burger King had a fries and a whopper 13.83 that's ridiculous so now the 5.00 6.00 coupons deals much better?

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. After I got my 54$ order, including 2 French dip meals, I asked 2 times if this was all of the order, and the employee assured me that was it. When I arrived home 25 minutes later I realized there was no AU JUS SAUCE to go with the French dip meals so I called and the manager refused to replace my sandwiches then, after I (calmly) expressed my Irritation, and explained the sauce is an integralpart of the entrée, she rudely agreed to replace the sandwiches. So I started driving there and 15 minutes into my drive she calls back and says she's not going to replace them now!! So I got upset and asked for her name which was EMILY and asked for a phone number of someone above her, ( ie. Regional manager or boss) but she refused to give me contact info!!!

The staff was friendly enough and made the order right the first time. The roast was tough, maybe it was over cooked. It was sliced pretty think too. The gas station part has interesting clientele.
