The manager is amazing! Called to order, he politely asked if I can put on hold and I was fine with it because I understand how busy everyone can be, once the line got cut out I called back again and he apologized nicely. I was totally fine with it, I ordered from this place before and omg these tacos are amazing! Once I got inside he gave me a few dollars off for the inconvenience, I told him that he didn’t have to, I was willing to pay in full for it! He is so sweet and nice! I would highly recommend this place! Nice chat to begin with and getting to know him! He gave me an extra piece to try the spicy pork, I told him that he didn’t have to, next time I will definitely tip this place next time I order :)

We ordered take out from the Cottage Grove Rd location. Our food was hot and delicious! My phone call was answered by the owner himself and handled with courtesy. He accommodated by vegetarian diet with no issues.

Noone in Madison compares! The owner was friendly and the food is great!

It is such a unique place to visit, full of flavor with large portions, with a great post pandemic self made story ; and while the place feels improvised, it still manages to capture the owner's passion for food, who seems to be at the front desk to receive you.

We tried the sandwiches, which were great; the Texas-style toast is unique.

Try the big vato if you are hungry; it even comes with meat juice. It's a quick and accessible place that might not be great in place but excellent on the go. ,

Do not sleep on this resturant!! The owner started out humble as can be, making food in his house and due to the high demand expanded!! The food it's hand'd down (IMO) the best TEXT MEX in Madison. The Birria suce is chef's kiss and the owner & crew are just the best! GO THERE NOW!

We ordered for delivery through a third party 90 min before Arod's closed. The order was accepted and paid for. It was said that it would be delivered by 5pm. We started calling the restaurant at 5:40 when our order never showed up and there was no answer. We then called Global Market to inquire if the restaurant looked open and they reported that it was closed. This was 10 min before the posted closing time of 6pm.
