Get a small! I shared a small with one of my friends and we could barley finnish it. Dont love that they charge 1.60 for sauce. Do not get the raspberry lemonade its not good. The staff where kind though.

Dont get the sour cream and onion nuggets! It was sooo salty that it made me drink the entire two lakes we got in Madison. 1 ½ nuggets was the limit.

I’m so fed up with this location.my son and I came to retrieve the meal I had from a previous bad service . I was told that all I needed to do was provide my name and whom I spoke with .I was them asked for email address of the person ,which I don’t have because this person called me.The worker speaking Spanish and then laughing was told to wait and a worker who spoke English came up asking what’s the problem I never said it was a problem I came to get a meal I was Promised.So all the items from the plain pretzels bites to the mini dogs are all in the bowels that was featured as the Oreo Pretzels I asked what size is this she said regular so there is still no options for a small. What a ripoff 8.99

This place has definitely gone downhill over the years. It used to be one of my absolute favorite places to visit whenever I was in the mall. But it seems like most places, inflation has taken its toll on this restaurant, and the food isn't as high of a quality as it used to be. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it is not.

Mercedes and the other staff on Saturday 6pm shift made the best sweet almond pretzel my girlfriend and I ever ate. They were very kind as well!

This has always been my family's favorite place to stop for a snack, but after today I don't want to ever come back. I'm autistic, so sometimes I'm a little bit slower in picking out the food I want. I waited in line and when I got to the front I didn't immediately rattle off the order so another lady came up to the counter and called up the next person who was ready to order. I was standing at the register and had to move aside for the lady behind me to get rung up. When I looked confused, the employee asked if I was ready to order now. Then it was so chaotic and loud that the other girl who was actually helping me (3rd employee at the counter) couldn't even hear what my order was. Extremely rude, complete lack of customer service skills.

My husband asked for a dragon fruit mango lemonade and I asked them to return the frosty for a lemonade and they said no. Learn to speak english or learn to be nice when someone says they wanted something.
