This has always been my family's favorite place to stop for a snack, but after today I don't want to ever come back. I'm autistic, so sometimes I'm a little bit slower in picking out the food I want. I waited in line and when I got to the front I didn't immediately rattle off the order so another lady came up to the counter and called up the next person who was ready to order. I was standing at the register and had to move aside for the lady behind me to get rung up. When I looked confused, the employee asked if I was ready to order now. Then it was so chaotic and loud that the other girl who was actually helping me (3rd employee at the counter) couldn't even hear what my order was. Extremely rude, complete lack of customer service skills.

My husband asked for a dragon fruit mango lemonade and I asked them to return the frosty for a lemonade and they said no. Learn to speak english or learn to be nice when someone says they wanted something.

The manager/owner/whoever seems to be in charge at the location is always horrible to deal with. She happily cancels orders that were placed through the app if the promotion is not one she wishes to partake in. If you'd like to order something that isn't available, get ready to ask an impossible question that will of course be met with denial. My favorite experience at this location was the time she poured someone's lemonade back into the machine when they decided they didn't want it. If that's what she'll do in public, good luck eating what's prepared in private.

horrible service if not the worst of all they want to sell you what they want and not what you order and if you tell them that it is not what you ordered they get upset and tell you to take it like that because they already charged you and there is no return. they are despot. both the employees and the general manager. I do not recommend this place unless you want to buy what they sell you, horrible.

Pretzels are standard but for some reason the staff wasn't as friendly as the other reviews make them out to be-- maybe just timing for us!

Horrible HORRIBLE service! I went to this location 3/13/23 at approximately 5pm. The young lady at the register lacked customer service. When I asked for a particular pretzel, was told I couldn’t pick, and she gave me what she wanted. That’s ridiculous, I am a paying customer. If it’s in the window, I should be able to buy it.
I had to cancel because I put in a wrong address and they charged me $22 even after I reordered

Staff is lacking in communication skills. They do not suggest any additional items when placing orders. Maybe paying $8 for pretzels comes with some pain.

I just buy the Sugar Pretzel Nugget pay for $6 , the Sugar Pretzel Nugget too hard like stone , I try to tell they, help me change the new , the girl say, can’t return , can’t change , can’t refund , it was horrible if you buy any food you need think about it can’t eat ore not , never can find any restaurant like this. So rude , never think about the customer pay the money buy the garbage , how’s feel , that is why , the store write down: No return No change ,No refund!Need Tips !! How’s your sever ? Need tips? Funny! I give you 0 Star !
