I've never written a Yelp review before but after experiencing a less than satisfactory time here I felt compelled to. The customer service as a whole was HORRIBLE. Someone tell these servers to be speak more than a few words at a time and don't walk away until you're done speaking. We waited 30 minutes for a table and when we sat down there were no menus or silverware or water. We then proceeded to wait another 20 for anyone to help us out/acknowledge our presence. Our food was gross - the sour cream and guac was so watery and the quesadilla looked like a 5 year old made it. At the end my tab ended up being $25 and my card got charged $60 so that was another dilemma which took another 15 minutes to figure out. The manager came over which we appreciated and did take some items off the tab. That was probably the nicest interaction we had the whole night. Overall I've been to Bel Air a handful of times but this was sadly enough to not make me return.

Delicious tacos, great variety, flavorful. Enjoyed the from scratch margaritas. Good service. Buzzing with energy. Would go back again!

I visit BelAir Cantina every time I visit Madison from California and have enjoyed their salsa flight and tacos! I wanted to order takeout about 9:35pm on a Sunday night. When I called to place the order I was able to get about half of it, but I'm a vegetarian and I asked if I could do a bean, cheese, and rice burrito. I was told that I could only order any burrito without the meat. I asked to order the port rajas. Then was informed that they were out of it. Every single ingredient in it, after confirming with management. I understand they were about to close, but I would much rather had them tell me they can't take my order versus being told a bold faced lie.

Fun place with good vibes love the corn planters! The chips & salsa aren't my favorite all 3 salsas are a little off, I feel like they should lock one down. I did enjoy the black bean & corn taco a lot but the mushroom taco was too salty. The radish was a nice garnish was a really nice touch!

Ordered the carne asada burrito for delivery, it was okay. Ingredients were a bit odd, there were peas and carrots inside mine and the salsa on top seems more like marinara sauce then salsa. Meat was dry. It was good but salty.

We came here for dinner and enjoyed the food. The best part for us was that the food came out extremely fast despite the restaurant being quite busy. Service was very nice overall and we would definitely come again!Dietary restrictions: Had a section on the menu specifically for vegetarian tacos and labeled gluten free items

Restaurant wasn't busy and window booths were available but the "hostess" sat us at a booth in the back away from the windows and across from the ice machine and a wet rag! I dislike inexperienced hostesses. The waiter was very good and after we asked to be moved to a window booth he gladly moved us. $$$ bigger tip for him! The food was good as were the chips and salsa. Nice decor. We will be back.

Cute, spread out space really close to the Capitol and easy stop-in after exploring the square. As far as food goes, most items that should’ve been a knock out of the park were great. I always judge a place by their salsas, their tacos, their rice, and their margs. The tacos (I’m flex vegan and got 2 of the vegetarian options) are a home run, and the trio of salsas were delicious as well! (Not pictured was the spicy guacamole- equally tasty). Personal opinion- rice was a little too dry/bland and the margs left little to be impressed with despite a delicious sounding concoction (blueberry lavender). Despite the not-so-great parts (just personal preference), it’s absolutely a must visit for the tacos alone. I look forward to trying other things there ☺️

As a ice lover myself, this place has the BEST ice. Extra crunchy and very delicious. If you have a iron deficiency this place is perfect. Awesome staff and amazing environment.

Oh hell yeah! Dropped in because I was jonesing for a margarita. Had an absolutely fantastic one (okay, two) and then tried the chips and salsa. Out of this WORLD, like lick-the- bowl good spicy arbol sauce! And great personalized service from Jefferson. Will be back as soon as I can find a reason!!
