They never pick up their phone and if they do they have you on hold for more than 15 minutes. The Hispanic / Mexican people that work there discriminate against you. The food is alright and good for the most part. Terrible customer service from everyone except the girl bartender that was there last night. I usually get amazing customer at the Fitchburg location but this restaurant in Middleton / West has me scared to call them or to go eat there.

Food was wonderful. I had the lemon basil salmon, and Brussels. The bread was devine.The staff was stretched a little thin, but our waitress was very good, despite having little to no help. We had a reservation, but didn't get sat for another 20 minutes. Really not a big deal since we were staying at the hotel. The service is terrible, the food was great. This site should allow customers to order from an electronic kiosk, pay, and pick their orders up at the window. This would be entirely more efficient than the servers tripping their way through every single interaction they partake in.Again, terrible service.. awful, good food.

The Benvenutos on 1109 Fourier Dr in Madison, WI is so TRASHY! Not a single table clean when we walked in, food on the floor everywhere, the table we sat at for 2 seconds wasn’t clean. Even the hostess was surprised after she “welcomed” us with her “amazing” (so so so rude) service! Got up and walked out right away. Can’t say anything about the food didn’t even look the menu. This is a good establishment, just never go to this one…disgusting.

Whenever I go to an Italian restaurant for the first time, I always order spaghetti with meatballs or Italian sausage as a benchmark. The noodles were perfect. Nice and al dente; not soft and mushy like a lot of places. The sauce was good, not overly salty and very fruity and acidic. However, the Italian sausage was way overcooked and dry. A good Italian sausage should have a nice firm snap, and be juicy. If you are going to charge 20$ for a plate of spaghetti, get it right.

Used to go to North side now I live 4 mins away from west side Waitress was excellent we had 4 kids and 3 adults and Waitress handled everything greatParking: Alot of cars but we found a spotKid-friendliness: The kids with us were very good there were a few parties there so even if our kids were noisy it would be ok

Dedicated Gluten-free menu. Their GF pizza was amazing. They even have GF dessert options, although I was too full to try them. Looking forward to my next visit.
Had a nice meal. Not a lot of traffic for a Saturday night. We were one of four couples. I had the ribeye steak and my wife had the salmon. We're finished it off with the flourless chocolate cake.

The portion sizes were large (including salad), so decent value for the money. The restaurant was quiet and well staffed. The Alfredo pasta is leaning towards the drier side but had good flavor. The lemon herb salmon was a bit on the salty side, but the pesto risotto was delightful.
