I absolutely love Bloom! We live nearby and go almost every weekend for brunch. The cruffin is a must-try, and the Wisconsin biscuit sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches in town! Annemarie and the rest of the staff are so warm and kind - going is always a great experience, even before you get to taste the food!

My girlfriend and I made a quick stop at Bloom Bake Shop while riding along the biking trail, and we’re so glad we did. The Cruffin and strawberry rhubarb danish were both absolutely delicious—flaky, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Cruffin had that perfect balance of crisp outside and tender, airy inside, while the danish hit the ideal sweet-tart note.
We also grabbed a cappuccino, and it was spot-on—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted.
To top it off, the customer service was spectacular. The people behind the counter were genuinely friendly, upbeat, and happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better.
Charming spot, welcoming vibe, and a perfect little detour if you’re anywhere nearby. Highly recommend!

Hands down, the best place to go in Madison for pastries. Everything's good here - treat yourself to a couple of pastries and wander down to the zoo/lake/arboretum for a perfect weekend morning.

I had the best pan au chocolat here! It was super flakey and flavorful. This is a very cute bake shop with tons of options and a drink menu too. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome place. My niece was getting married and we needed a cake to fit her dietary needs and they had it! Everything here is delicious and the staff was phenomenal! Good thing I don't live by them I'd be in there everyday ! What a wonderful place the smell when you walk in it amazing !

This cafe has many delicious options for food. It however does not have celiac safe options. The cross contamination is too high. They do note this if you call them by stating that they can't guarantee there isn't. But I would not eat here if you have celiacs because I did twice and it made me incredibly sick.
Again the food in my opinion is delicious, it just isn't celiacs safe.
Incredible pastries and sandwiches. Croissants and rolls closest to London-like that we’ve had in the states. A must visit for all in and visiting Madison. Three cheers for Bloom.

Love the preorder feature online! Beats the super long line and them running out of something you want! Gluten-free for my husband, and it's all so good - which is hard to come by for gluten-free. He loves it! Highly recommend, and we'll definitely retun for more!

I think about these pastries daily. The cruffin—divine. One time I got an apple, Gruyere, and carmelized onion tart—heaven. The gf pastries? So good. The morning bun? Simple and delicious. Can’t go wrong here!
