I was Traveling for work and had a seafood itch. It's Sunday, so brunch is an option. Everything looked so good I had a hard time choosing. So I went with a seared tuna appetizer and boom boom shrimp Benedict, know it was too much food but why not its a holiday for me today. Oh, and a spicy, bloody marry. To wash it down. Haven't gotten my food, but by the taste of the bloody Mary and the atmosphere, I'm ready to rate and recommend

The food was good except for the great beans that were undercooked, and when one of the people in our party complained about getting white potatoes instead of red, the waiter didn't address the issue.

Went for Mother's Day, husband ordered a bloody mary, it came with a condiments. My 10 shimp meal came with 5. Waitress stated she was sorry for all the mistakes, but they had people working who don't work on Sundays normally

Was sick after eating there and had to go to bed when I got home. Felt like MSG allergic reaction. Googled to find that you have MSG in your food! You should warn your customers! Your food is so expensive, I didn’t expect this type of fast food ingredient in my food. Our waitress was slow and didn’t speak english very well. And it was noisy.

I've been to several BFG state locations throughout my travels. It's a 1st pick because the salmon, rice, and asparagus are some of my favorites on the menu. Service and food quality is always 10/10. This location is a work in progress, understandably going through staffing changes. I met with the manager Kevin after receiving below quality food for doordash delivery. I respect his commitment to customer satisfaction, offering me dine in service. He was very approachable and apologetic. Life happens, and it depends on how it's dealt with leaves a lasting impression. I wish him luck in turning the restaurant around in a positive direction.
We have eaten here 3 times before and always had great service and food. Tonight was an off night. Our steaks were over cooked and we realized my wife had steak mine and vice versa. They brought new steaks and they were charred/burnt on the outside but cooked correctly. All this took way to long. The wait staff were young and inexperienced. They did comp desserts.

Food was good but the staff was awful. We went on a Saturday night, it wasn't crazy busy but we still had to go find out waitress who forgot about us multiple times. Grandma got crispy potatoes but they weren't even crispy and when she asked to clarify if she got the right thing, a different staff member just looked at us with irritation. Food was good, atmosphere was great, drinks... Weak. Wouldn't go again tbh.

During our last visit (Madison, WI), the Culinary Manager Kevin made our favorite dish that was discontinued - Thai Coconut Shrimp that our favorite waitress, Cam asked if he would do for us. They both went over and beyond great service!! Thank you!!
