I had huevos rancheros with an extra egg. Where can you have this much of Mex breakfast for 11-12 bucks? Overall good food, pleasant experience. Parking can be limited however.

I can't understand these ratings. I went here for breakfast. Hashbrowns from a bag (frozen) burnt, flimsy, cooked using no butter, oil, nothing - just dry and bland. Breakfast burrito with overcooked eggs and undercooked bacon. Off brand ketchup, most bottles empty or completely out. COMPLETE TRASH. If you can't make a simple breakfast burrito, I can't trust you can make anything else. Much better options anywhere downtown. Don't go!

Unfortunately the food felt like it was left out for longer than it should have as when it got to my table it felt cold and the tortillas of tacos were falling apart. Usually never happens but unfortunately just happened.

Great place in an awesome location! The enchiladas de mole were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I loved the food and the portions. Super easy take out and the woman at the register was super friendly! I was a little sad though because they forgot the meat on my tostada somehow, but it was an easy fix. Great churros. I look forward to returning

I went in for 3 chorizo tacos on a Monday at 5pm and was told, “no tacos” and that I could only order a torta because it was the special for the day.
Not going back. Plenty of other great Mexican in Madison.

Amazing food! The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous. I ordered the huevos rancheros with red sauce (the eggs came fried so make sure to request sunny side up if that’s what you prefer). Personally, I didn’t love the red sauce at first, but it tasted so much better cold (when I was eating my leftovers). Service was good and pretty fast (especially considering there was only 1 person taking orders). Anyways, highly recommend if you’re looking for a quaint spot for a quick & tasty meal!

Don't let the name Breakfast A La Brasa fool you as the place is open 11 AM to 10 PM. I guess Breakfast was added to differentiate this Bassett & Main location from the original Broom St site. The food and drink are so much like at the Broom St location. I ordered the Enchilada de Mole on this first visit. It was great and quite filling. The mole is just amazing. The Lime Margaritas are generous for the price. Compared to the smaller size and larger number of diners at the Broom St location, this Bassett & Main location felt spacious. There are daily specials featured for days of the week.

Parking: I live a couple blocks from A La Brasa so it's not an issue for me. In general, the area will generally have a few on-street parking locations within a block or two at most, excepting on days with UW Madison sports events.

Wheelchair accessibility: There should be no issue entering or sitting at tables with a wheelchair.
