Our server was fantastic which is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. Without her, this place rates 3 stars. She was super nice. The omelet and hash browns were pretty greasey but they tasted okay. The Texas toast was decent. This place has 3 booths, 4 high top tables and a bunch of seats at the bar. There is outdoor seating (5 or 6 tables) but they're unusable if the weather is poor. The bar floor is slippery (like a fast food restaurant) and if it's wet, it's a hazard for people that have problems with balance issues. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a terrible experience. Just not as great as I'd hoped.

Good food at decent prices, but a side of fries should be actual fries, not the bottom of the bag scraps that are left over when all the regular full size fries are already in the fryer. Let's just way too much grease, not much payoff. I'll still cut back and get it again, but if it happens again I'm definitely going to say something personally instead. I like the place, the staff is really friendly, and it's close to where I work.

Good burgers, there is a chipotle or something in the smash burger, I didn't love it but everyone else did. Ask them to leave it off if you like

Typical bar. Food was delicious especially the fries. Fries were awesome. Pam our server was excellent.

We have stopped here many times. The food is always great, as well as the service. This time, we had the Reuben sandwich. There was plenty of meat, and the bread was toasted perfectly. They served the sauce on the side, which I prefer. Service was friendly and efficient.

Came during shift change so it’s understandable for the delays. Not a big deal but the bar tender walked past my table 17 times and never asked is we needed anything but was very attentive to the patrons outside on the patios. The brunch server and bartender checked on us before her left that’s where my tip should being going. Waited 45 minutes to get served

I had the bacon cheese burger with fries. The medium well burger was somehow very greasy and I thought the fries were pretty basic and flavorless. Some of the fries with my meal were crispy, while others were soggy. At places that have good tasting fries I won't even use ketchup, but with these I needed it.

Overall I'd put Brothers 3 in the OK category, as nothing really stood out drastically in either a positive or negative way. I probably wouldn't go there again specifically for food, but would eat there if I was hungry and was already there having drinks.

Bartender/wait person was attentive and very good. Food was good. Wife's patty melt was good. Bloody s were good. Try their deep fried pickles
