Ordered my food at 5:11 pm, arrived for pick up at 8:15, and my food was still not ready. I didn't get to eat lunch at work today, thanks to BWW. What's the point of ordering ahead? When the staff asked if I could wait longer for my food, i said no, he said 'really'? Like it was unreasonable that after 3 hours, i couldn't wait any longer for my food. I have a 30-minute lunch break at work. that's why people order ahead. I wasted money, wasted time, and i wasted gas and my lunch break. I have yet to hear back from anyone about my order being canceled, so i better at least get my money back.
Also, if you plan on picking up food here, remember there is no street parking in front and very likely none on the side street either.

Sure, this location struggles in staffing seasonally - it's a university neighborhood! But they serve seriously tasty wings & nachos in a sports environment with cool staff & clientele. The app & trivia make it the best value in the area for casual food & fun.

They now charge a dollar each for tiny little ranch cups that will be half full if you're lucky. You used to get a certain number included with your wings and that's how it should be. Charging for extra is fine, this is not.

I’m like 90% sure our server quit during the shift. Went for ayce wings, they simply stopped taking orders after the first order. Spent 3 hours at the table for no real reason.

Employees were very nice even when the receipt machine was broken on the first night of the NFL draft. The dude on the register was litttt he was so nice and made sure our order was correct
Worst service I’ve ever had, waited more than a hour for food, luckily the nfl draft was on. Pathetic service, have been in places way more packed and still have received my food in a reasonable time.

I ordered 30 traditional wings to go. Get home and not a single flat! Seriously?? Someone did that on purpose and took advantage of it being a to go order. I even left a tip on the to go order which normally people don’t do but everywhere has been short staffed and figured I’d show my appreciation. 30 wings not one flat lol
