This is my first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings and I was pretty excited. Our waiter was friendly and I could tell he was stressing out and it looked like he was the only one waiting on tables. At least 10 tables weren’t cleaned off. It took about 40 minutes for our appetizers to come out and the deep-fried pickles looked undercooked and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks to come out. We also ordered wings but the wing order never got put in and when we were handed the check, it was just our appetizers and our drinks. We were there for well over an hour. Easily could have been a $40 bill. I also wanna add the fact when I went to use the bathroom before leaving the toilet seat was broken.

Walked in and was told "Have a seat. A server will be with you". Sat for about 20-25 minutes then left. Could be due to this location being understaffed. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. Service was terrible. Food came out in 3 separate trips at different times. Not all was even warm. Multiple other tables of people just got up and left. Restaurant was not even at half capacity. There were 4 workers sitting at a table talking and laughing almost the entire time we were there. Waitress never even retirned to our table once after we finallybgot all our food. Will not return. Had to ask another employee for refills and the check. Pathetic.

Wow has this place completely hit rock bottom! Apparently you sit wherever & wait (or flag down a server) To help. There for over 30 minutes to take our actual food order. My food came out 15 minutes later (cold) my wife & kids food came out 20 minutes after my food. Had to finally find our server again to say we were done & wanted the bill. Wife & I got the 2 for $20 meal + 6 wings for my kid. Our bill was $40?? I get it's hard to find decent help today in that industry, but that was the last time I will ever have b-dubs.

If you like cold wings, cloudy ice tea, and your order screwed up, this if the place for you! Not to mention no napkins or a server available to ask for some.

Worst experience and didn’t get over half our order after waiting 55 mins for our food… there was only three of us. He got a big top and completely ignored our table. He was rude after forgot to place1/2 the order. They were not even busy when we got there… 3 tables total were there. Do not recommend…

We came here with a group of 17 and they did very well finding a place for us and also taking care of us.
The food I got was ok but most of that was my choice. Im made a choice out of my comfort zone. That is more on me than on the. Otherwise, everyone in the group seemed to enjoy the food.
The service considering the size of our group was very good. We never were short on drinks and any time there needed to be attention brought to something she was right there but not so close that she was bugging us.
Overall, it was a great time for a large group and everyone walked away happy.

Walked in greeted immediately. Sat down at the bar got a beer… waited 15 minutes for a menu. Used the restroom absolutely filthy. Wings were SMALL. I generally go to BWW because it’s the same across the board but not all BWWS are created equal. I bet I’ve eaten in 30 different ones across the country and this is by far the worst. One waitress was complaining about someone dining and dashing which totally sucks but GEE I wonder why that would be?!
