I asked for a booth and was told that she couldn't sit us on that side because this was the side that need to be sat down next. But we could wait in the lobby till the next guest got seated and then we could get a booth. She sat us down at a dirty table where we waited over an hr to get our order. Only being checked on by the waiter once after getting us water.

Did a mobile order for same day still. They moved it to next day despite it being opened still. Had to call to cancel order since the app doesn’t have a cancellation option. Just lazy

My husband just sat in their lobby for over 40 mins waiting for a pick up order that was supposed to be done literally before he got there. The staff were rude to him when he asked how much longer and he got our food. Would not recommend ordering from this location ever.

You’re welcome super hungry. There is a couple who walked in with us not together just in front of us and they went to their seats. We sat down and it took the waitress 20 minutes to get to us. One worker was charging his phone instead of helping us and the other was on her phone watching TikTok. My mom had to wave somebody down to get a service and she said that she didn’t know that nobody took her order. We didn’t order a lot, just wings and mozzarella sticks, but it took them 45 minutes. Mind you the couple that was in front of us that Walked in already left because they already ate the food. We left without eating anything because the service was extremely terrible. Also, the seats were dirty when we walked in.

Took a while to get seated even though it was relatively empty, the person who sat us was pretty rude. Our actual waitress however was super nice, no complaints there

Every order in the last 4 has been wrong. Sometimes wrong flavors, tonight I simply got the wrong food. Used to love this place, but I can't keep wasting money. Seriously. The receipt taped to the bag doesn't match what is in the bag.

Forced to come here after Madison location closed. Awful service. Waited 10 mins before I was seated. Then 30 mins before someone came to me to take the drink order. I left before giving my original order because who knows how long I would have been sitting there before it came out. Never recommend coming to this location.

Don’t go. Slow service with the employees standing in back talking. 45 boneless wings cold, dry and were fired 3 days ago so they could stand around and talk. Cheese curds were over cooked. Can’t even fry cheese curds. There was one other tale of 4 while we were there and this exactly why.

I ordered pick up. When I got there t wasn't ready yet. No big deal. They had my name when brought out they just set on the shelf didn't call any names. I waited around 20 finally they ask what I was waiting for and oh here it is. Fries were cold and wings were luke warm.

Wrost service I've had in a long time, took almost an hour to get our food, the waiter never came back to check on us, we had to go find him to get more drinks, and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the check and to get a to go box, we will not be returning to this location.

Had my order placed to pick up at 6 and I arrived on time, after waiting and a crew member that wasn’t even on duty told me it would be a few more minutes. Someone asked if i had been helped (which was cool, but would’ve been helpful later) and I went to wait in my car. I waited and came back in and told by a different employee (after ringing the bell twice) who asked me my name and told me my food was just waiting to be seasoned. I proceeded to wait longer. Another to go order was given to a different customer and an employee with long blonde hair gave me a dirty look when I stood up to ask again about my order and practically gave herself whiplash turning away from me. There should be someone manning the order pick up desk instead of a doorbell that doesn’t seem to work. I finally got my food, haphazardly thrown into a bag and handed to me by a young man who looked ready to roll his eyes right out of his head. If someone orders something to be ready for a certain time, they should learn to manage their time in order to have said order ready. Last time I’ll order from here. I’m sure I won’t be missed, but I won’t miss you either.
