Emma is a great bartender her drinks are the bomb. Fried pickles are the most amazing. The chips on the other hand are stale would not recommend.

Ordered pickup on the app. My name was on the outside of the bag, someone else’s order was inside my bag, didn’t realize it until I got home. Tried to call, was on hold until I got a message that said “no one is available to take your call” three times. Called back was on hold for over eleven minutes with nobody answering to talk about my order. Called again, an employee picked up, I asked for a manager, was on hold waiting for a manager for close to twenty minutes, no manager took the call. A very pathetic experience

There was two servers working there and my friend and I ordered classic chicken wrap with fries and it was all cold and the server only offered to give us free sodas and it still was $25. It was horrible serve and food. We were very disappointed. Normally you guys have been great but other friends have said that they were disappointed because of the same issues. Also the ladies restroom was horrible as it’s was out of paper towel

I ordered my food to-go, and not a single person helped me out. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes, and sure enough my food was on the shelf. Getting cold. For 20 minutes.
The staff kept walking by, not a one of them asked anything, even when I attempted to get their attention. Not only was the staff the worst I have experienced, but the food was COLD. And I watched it the entire time, behind a counter ai couldn't grab myself.
Will not be going here again, and I deeply regret the top I gave on the order.

Don't even try to order online or call in an order on a Friday or weekend. You'll be stuck waiting an hour or longer because they don't even have enough staff to give food to people when it's ready.

Not all Buffalo Wild Wings are the same, and this one was super disappointing. Did a pick-up order of 10 traditional wings and fries with Buffalo dry rub for the wings, my go-to. Place was busy that night too, but yet my fries tasted like they were yesterday's leftovers that they microwaved. Then it seemed like they forgot to season the wings with the Buffalo dry rub and just tossed on some while it was in the to-go box. Some didn't even have any on them, and some had way too much.. the cheese curds were good, and my wife got the potato wedges that were also good.

horrible service,and food we ordered and we had missing items the manger apparently “forgot” and we drove 30 minutes to get this. we had missing sauces as well we called and had our order remade and received horrible hard fries we asked for sauces again and once AGAIN no sauce and it was a 30 minute drive so overall wasted a hour and when I called the lady was excusing her self by saying “we’re too busy” i understand that we come from working customers service as well and that’s not a vaild excuse. Horrible experience and definitely not eating ts again😭

UPDATE: I ordered again to give them one last shot. Surprise! The order was wrong again. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and was instead given 10 boneless buffalo wings and an order of onion rings. Now I have to go separately to pick up my daughter food and be late for me movie. Done with this location!
Not sure what happened to this location but the service is terrible. The staff always seems extremely stressed. I was here the other day to pick up my order. I waited by the To Go counter for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. When I finally got my order I was missing a third of my wings. Seems like management needs to go. If your staff is running around like crazy and the manager is nowhere to be seen... thats a problem.
I just walked in Buffalo Wild Wings and was not greeted. At the very least yall worker could have said I’ll be with you shortly. Poor customer service so I walked right out

Avoid this location. I ordered 30 wings, bbq, mild, mango habanero, and a chicken wrap. Out of 30 wings, maybe half had sauce, the rest were dry. The wrap had a choice for sauce too, but there was none on the chicken. The wrap was missing tomatoes and the pieces of chicken were tiny and hard with barely any meat inside.
It took them 40 minutes to prepare my order which would have been okay if it was made correctly. Instead it was thrown together by someone who obviously didn’t care about what they were doing. This location used to be my go-to but the quality has been declining for a while now.

We waited over an HOUR for our food. Not because the place was packed, but because the staff was moving slower than my WiFi during a storm. I saw one worker watching TikToks behind the bar, another just spinning in circles like a confused Roomba, and someone (I swear on my boneless wings) giggling while leaving the bathroom in a cloud of skunk-scented smoke. My dude was either practicing mindfulness or just way too zooted to function.
By the time our food came out, I aged three years, my hunger passed, returned, and passed again, and I had memorized the entire B-Dubs drink menu out of boredom. The wings? Meh. Not worth the wait unless you enjoy the taste of disappointment and bong water.
