They have a cashier that’s a black male tall with dreads in a ponytail. He is polite always calm and when it’s busy does everything the right way. I wish I knew his name but give him a manager role or more pay. We need more good customer service and keep those honey garlic wings on menu maybe make a honey garlic burger. Drop the prices these meals to high

There was an item missing from my order, but when I called back, they said they would refund that item. The Parmesan garlic wings were slathered with too much sauce, they are inedible. Wings fried into oblivion.

A sad place to be a buffalo chicken loverI love BWW. It’s one of my favorite places to go. This is the closest one to our house and sadly the worst BWW I’ve ever stepped foot into. It’s is appallingly messy at noon on a Saturday, toilets and bathrooms are horrible and half way out of commission but the worst part is complete lack of management. We have gone a few times and always left saying we would never go back but I crave Buffalo Wild Wings like nothing else in this world.Went today for the very last time. We placed our order after waiting 15 mins to even get greeted by the waitress, then an hour after we had placed our order we still had no food. We inquired but didn’t push, 15 mins later still no food, and our waitress comes to us and says “they sent all 30 wings to a different table whose eating them so we’re gonna need to remake your food on the fly”. Having a toddler and trying to eat is hard enough but waiting over an hour and 15 mins and still not even have food in the fryers. Come on. Day ruined. BWW you should probably pull out of this franchise

Just an odd experience at this place overall between the seating and food trickling out over 10 mins. Food is at best, edible. Unfortunately, some of the smallest least appetizing wings.

This was the second BWW my family and I had went to that day, the first one we had walked out of while waiting to be seated after multple staff members walked past us and were ignored. This one, we were able to seat ourselves. The staff seemed to be running frantic, perhaps they were short staffed, only the bar area had customers seated.Once a waiter had gotten to our table, it took a while for him to finish punching in our order and then quickly ran off elsewhere before we were able to ask for drinks with our food. My stepson had gotten his food first, he was sweet in trying to wait for our food to come out, but after waiting over 12 minutes, we told him to enjoy his food. A waitress that had just came in to start her shift cleared our son's empty plate and asked if we wanted the check; I joked that we would like the rest of our food before the check. She was very apologetic and went back to the kitchen and got us our food instantly, she then quickly took them back once she realized they were cold; she was very nice and attentive to us the rest for the rest of our meal. The original waiter never came back to us.Maybe we just went on an off day?

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at buffalo wild wings. When we walked in we were unsure of where to sit as no one was there to greet us, 2 servers walked past us and didnt offer any assistance, upon being seated we were not told that we needed to use the app to look at the menu and when we asked for a menu the server looked at us slightly annoyed and told us to use the QR code on the table. We ordered, and our food came out cold, and at separate times, half of our group was almost done eating before the rest of the food came out. Our server was friendly, but she was not attentive to our table. I will not recommend this location, nor will we be returning to this location. I would rather go to the location in Wausau. I understand being short staffed, but this was unacceptable.

If I could rate this less than 1 star I would, not even sure where to start.1 server for Friday night (I get that staff is in short supply but the bar area was staffed, adjust your plan)Our server was nice, but was setup for failure. The food was terrible. The sauces were not correct to heat chart or the cook didn't change gloves as all of our sauces were supposed to be on the milder scale and all were way hotter than previous meals. The food was cold. The sauces were cold. The only acceptable meal was our daughters kids cheeseburger. This was all a terrible experience but the worst was yet to come when my wife and daughter used the restroom it was disgusting. Toilets plugged, faucet broken, no toilet paper. My wife was so appalled it ruined the rest of our night.We will never go back to this establishment, and never step foot in their chain again.I'm tempted to call the food inspector it was that bad.
