I don't do fast foods a lot but I always like the rodeo Burger that I got at Burger King. Well they've changed it and went to cheap small onion rings and there was hardening any barbecue sauce on it

It was horrible and I'll never forget it. The food was disgusting and stunk. Burger King in Madison Wisconsin on Park St right off of highway 12+18. It took me hours of trying to get the smell and the taste of that horrible food off of me and clear my mouth of the terrible taste. The board of health needs to investigate that place.

Waited over 5 minutes for service. One guy was up front mopping the floor, looked at us a continued mopping. He came back a few minutes later looked at us and started mopping again. A female walked in from dining area looked at us and continued off to the side talking to someone. Waited a little longer and decided to go somewhere else. I have NEVER had service like this and probably will never go back. I will let others know of this situation and go somewhere else to eat

Best drive thru service I have ever had! The food was hot, fresh, and appeared as it did on the actual menu. This Burger King is by far the best one I have been to... I used to work for Burger King in Jefferson County back during college. I think the few Burger Kings that are left in Wisconsin could really learn something from this particular location.

Can't tell you how the food was because I stood in line and got ignored by everyone for 10 minutes as did the gentlemen in front of me. After I asked for service I was rudely told that the drive-thru customers took precedence over me.

I ordered three combos, but all I received was one side of fries. They didn’t include any sauces or napkins, and the drinks were all incorrect. The service was terrible overall. I’m really disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t recommend this location.
