I will be honest when I pulled into the parking lot I was a little nervous. It was 6pm on a Friday and we were the only car in the parking lot.

Walking in we were welcomed right away. Our order was taken and the food was up fresh and as ordered within 5 minutes.

The place was mostly clean. Several of the tables could have used a wipe down but other than that it was clean.

Overall it was fine for a quick place to get a burger.

This place is very dirty spiderwebs in the corners of window floor very sticky fries on floor food and garbage left on tables and they don't have customers in lobby so that is the time to clean up but instead sitting in the kitchen and talking and being on there phones is more important than the looks of your store

Very rude manger and front end girls speaking Spanish and saying bad things to me as I know little Spanish. Wrong food . Taste very bad .Madison wi east Washington .Will never return and let others to stay away .very un educated workers . Wonder why you don't get much bussiness. They did nothing to correct my order. Both very so rude and unprofessional. I would fire them both .but you wont because No one will work for this place. Bye bye

Me and my boyfriend placed an order for pick up and can 100% say we will never be going to this location again. We ordered 2 whoppers and a 16 piece chicken nugget. When we went thru the drive thru to pick it up they never even answered the drive thru and we had to go in. Upon going in I ran to the bathroom while we waited. The floors were sticky throughout the entire restaurant. I took less than 5 minutes in the bathroom. When I came out my boyfriend was still standing there waiting for anyone to talk to him. There was nobody else inside. There was a worker behind the counter. She was completely ignoring him and a 2nd costumer until 3rd costumer walked in. Upon getting our food it was cold and haphazardly thrown in the bag. Our fries were spilled and sideways. The most irritating part of this whole situation was half my chicken nuggets were missing. Out of the 16 nuggets I ordered and paid for I only received 8. We also only ordered 2 ranch sauces and they threw 10 different sauces in the bag and forgot my ranch. I normally love Burger King but this place makes me never want to eat it again.

Why does someone always ask me for money when I eat inside at a table here? Why are there people rolling blunts at the table next to me? Why is there trash all over the dining area? Great food, get it at the drive-through though.

The staff ignored us at the counter for 5 minutes before taking our order, then the Gen Mgr Jonathan barely spoke as I ordered and when he did he mumbled and tried to hurry us through the order when I was still speaking. The screen said fries since I had the receipt with my survey from a prior experience at another store (which was extremely positive) but I confirmed three times that they could sub in onion rings, but I got fries anyway. They also did not give me BBQ sauce when I ordered it. When I went up to get it fixed I was ignored for another 5 minutes even though someone was standing there with their back turned. Besides that, the whopper patty I got was dry. However, there were no other customers in the store and the bathroom looked freshly cleaned so the atmosphere was fine.

We stopped for lunch on July 1st
The young man, with a manager tag on was not friendly at all. When I asked him what a Mozzarella Fry, he didn't even know how to explain what it was. Thourally disappointed in the service we received today.
