I stopped at the Middelton Wisconsin on 12/9/2/ BK location to grab an order to go . The young man behind the counter was very friendly. The food was nice and hot. Store was a little messy but not as bad as the Deforest location . I'll use this location for further visits...

One of the worst burger kings I've been too. We were visiting from Iowa for Christmas and decided to stop for a quick bite. The employees were rude and did not care about the customers at all. Told us we would have to wait 7 mins which wasn't an issue. We ended up waiting 25 mins for our 1 sandwich. The service was the worst service I've ever seen and I've worked in the food industry and try to give people a break. We really just wanted to leave at a certain point but didn't since we paid for our food. The guy eventually came out threw the bag of food at us and said there you go. My girlfriend and I are very nice and understanding people. The way they treated us is completely unacceptable. It's bad when the drive thru at bk is making you consider just offing yourself for just wanting food. Ps. They also turn the phone off at night

Every time I go to this location, staff is very friendly! Even though it is a 24 location, the waits are not unreasonable during late night hours (unlike their competitors across the street!!!!). And I’ve never had an issue with cold food. Whoever own this location, you can tell they care about giving good service.

The guy on the night drive through is awesome and obviously deserves either a big raise or to work somewhere better.
Went through drive thru, waited 15 minutes. Got home and found my sandwich was missing and only half of my tots were in the order. (I ordered the trio). I called and told Angie, (manager?) and she told me to come in tomorrow to get the food. I told her that I don't live nearby and that would be impossible and I would like to just receive a refund for those items. She told me that I needed to bring the 2 other items back tonight for her to do that. Huh??? I'm not sure what kind of management would say that but I'm pretty sure that is NOT burger kings policy or protocol. FYI this burger king is so filthy inside. I DO NOT recommend.
