I’ve been going to Zupas a while and it’s a tad pricey but foods good. Employees have good costumer service skills except one of the managers. I forgot to look at his name tag but he was wearing his hat backwards which I’ve never seen before and his pants were sagging like crazy with a belt on! Which is just not professional and it’s ugly. Does not represent the company well especially if it’s a manager.

My experience at Cafe Zupas was incredible! Ellie and Ben were super welcoming and helpful when deciding what to order! I even got offered to try some of the Green Goddess dressing prior to ordering the bowl and a sample of lasagna soup. I will definitely be coming back soon!

I cannot say enough great things about the food and the service I received. I had a take out order which was on time when we went to pick up. The staff was courteous and verified the order (without asking). Ben was extremely helpful and pleasant. For sure I will be back. It is extremely close to the medical center and I have recommended Cafe Zupas to everyone at the center.

Usually love this place because the food is a healthier option for fast food but tonight they dropped the ball, the Rice wasn't cooked, which made for a rather uncomfortable eating experience.

I am leaving this review in the hopes that someone will resolve some issues. Cafe Zupa's is one of my favorite places to eat, but the quality of service has unfortunately declined the last year. The biggest irritant to me is the fact that they will not put out all of the specialty drinks or let them run out and not refill them the rest of the day. (Right now the cranberry mocktail and the cold Chocolate). One of the reasons I like zupas is for these specialty drinks, and normally I wouldn't say anything, but the last 5 times I've went something has been gone. I will even ask if they can refill them and they won't. For something like this to happen every time I go is starting to make me not want to come back. This is not a cheap place to eat either, so I would appreciate that when I pay over 3 dollars for a drink, I can actually get the drink I want.

I come here for lunch and I only have an hour so speed is imperative. The staff here is so prompt and friendly that I am able to sit down and relax before heading back to work. Ben and Taryn were particularly helpful and so sweet. I got the nuts and berries salad and the enchilada soup that was so good. It's so nice to have a place that is fast but actually feels good for me.

Unfortunately, starting to become a norm of having issues getting food from here. I don’t get the point of charging someone before making their food when it’s slow. Because of this, I get charged for two entrees, when all I get is one. Check you have the ingredients before charging someone. Then your solution is charging me telling me I’ll get my funds refunded immediately (I didn’t), and charge me again, instead of fixing YOUR mistake and giving me the whole thing for free. Ask for manager just for the girl with all the earrings to treat me rude as if it’s my fault. Service is getting worse and worse at this place and will be the last time me and my family come in.

Café Zupas is a great option if you’re looking for something healthy, quick, and satisfying. They have tons of choices, and I love that every meal comes with complimentary bread and a chocolate-covered strawberry. Their strawberry dessert cups are also a nice touch always fresh, never soggy or moldy, which makes a big difference compared to other fast-casual spots. Overall, it feels like a fresher, healthier upgrade from the usual quick-meal places.

I love their food but the catering manager, Garrick, has terrible follow up and doesn't return emails. My last two catering orders were inaccurate and one was 45 minutes late. The store told me he would follow up but never did. I had to call three times to rectify the problem, which was they shorted me $50 worth of food. The in-store experience is great but be careful with catering and don't expect any support after. See image for proof of order.

So many things wrong for one order for my first time.
I ordered over $50 of food through delivery using the website. The website kept deleting my address in the checkout menu causing the delivery driver to sit at an intersection. After standing outside in -16 degree weather I finally got the order.

When I checked my bag an entire entree was missing. And the entree we did receive looked like it was thrown together with the remaining ingredients that they haven’t put in the fridge before closing. We then called the store to address this. We stated that an entree was missing and the employee states “sorry to hear that” then goes silent as if they’re waiting for us to give them a solution.

After requesting the food be delivered they confirmed exactly which entree it was (Probably because it had multiple items added to it. Also this is my first time having a place upset that I’m adding items to increase the price.). We then asked them to confirm the ingredients as we were able to confirm it with the receipt on the bag and the employee stated that “she would have to walk over to the station to do that” and after awkward silence they finally did to confirm only 2 items in the bowl.

They then stated they would get the order sent out. The delivery service they use then decided to drop off the food with no contact advising the food was left outside, no ring of the doorbell, or no text through the number they decided to use to communicate. Only reason we found out the food was there was because we decided to check the doorbell camera.

Therefore my reordered food sat out in -16 degree weather for 15 minutes. Nothing better than ice cold food….
