The food is decent, but the staff seems unhappy and the service is terrible. I’ve never had an experience where they got my order right the first time. I have to watch them closely just to make sure my order is correct.

My salad was literally thrown together in about 50 seconds by two jokey clowns behind the counter. When I pointed out to the manager that no chicken was visible in my salad, she said it was under the dripping salad greens. She later brought a half cup of finely diced chicken breast to my table, where I pointed out that I had cooked professionally for 13 years and had never seen a sloppier mess. I won't be going back.

It’s okay. Really expensive. $30 for their you pick 2, drink and dessert so I skipped dessert. And then they ask for a tip… I wasn’t really impressed with anything. I’d go back to try the dessert and maybe another soup as it gets colder out.

I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was so disappointed in her ambivalence, as if it was my fault for having allergies. Needless to say we won't be back

I love this food! However I do pickup for my lunch break. This is the 3rd time my co-worker and I were missing items that were paid for. I might just have to stop coming here. I know its just dinner rolls, but if you are charging for the extra and not putting them in there, I'm sick of having to triple check orders for pickup. If I'm doing pick two can you please fill my soup cup up, not half way full.
