Truly great fish tacos. Friendly chef. The rest of the food is very meh. I'm torn on whether to give it 5 stars for its areas of excellence, or 3 for the fact that everything else is blah. I guess I'll leave it at "only go if you're in the mood for fish tacos... but if you are, GO!!!"
I was lucky enough to have Mango Man's food cart at my workplace today. I had some fish and chicken. They were both fantastic! The sauces were excellent as well. Thanks for brightening this rainy day with your delicious food and happy soul.

Having been to over 20 food carts in Madison, this is definitely top 5. I got a Chicken burrito. On its own it was good, but the sauce put it over the top. There's both a jalapeño based and tomato/habanero based sauce, and each are terrific. But don't take my word for it, ask the guy running the cart and you can tell these sauces are his passion. He's an awesome, friendly dude who makes great food and sauce for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be going back and might...read full review
