Corporate insists staff must serve ICE. Even if they feel like their life is in danger. While I once enjoyed this chain, I will not be returning until their bosses say otherwise.

I was very disappointed by the manager’s (Orion?) rude and disrespectful behavior. The way he spoke to staff was unacceptable and reflects poor leadership and inadequate management training. While I’m glad to see Caribou back in Madison, behavior like this damages the brand. If they begin losing their kind, amazing staff, it will be a direct result of this leadership. Corporate should take customer concerns like this seriously.

I love Caribou Coffee, but the staff is disappointing. I get that you have to work on Christmas Eve, but shouting your disappointment and blaming it on management wanting money isn’t right (these conversations should be held in private, not in front of me as I’m waiting to give my order). I almost left in line if it wasn’t for the other employee saying she’d take the order instead of that guy, and apologizing twice for his behavior. We don’t come through often, so I’ll reconsider if I’ll stop by again.

I drove cross town to get my favorite seasonal drink this morning and because it’s a bit complicated it turned wrong. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get to a workout and couldn’t go back to have it fixed. I stopped back later and explained the situation and how disappointed I was after driving across town to get it while supplies last. Milo was very patient and understanding. He offered to remake my drink and asked me to make sure it was accurate before leaving. We apologized for complaining and he reassured us that there is being kind and complaining and being rude. I will be asking for him next time!

I really like this café — the mocha coffee is simply amazing. The staff are always very kind and helpful. Sometimes you can laugh together and have a nice conversation.

Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant: always clean, cozy, and calm, with no unnecessary noise. Even the drive-thru is very fast. Thank you, guys, for your great work🌷

I've been ordering from here 2 a week since they opened. Usually I do mobile order because their drive through can be slow. Today after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes we got to the order and we're berated by the worker for honking our horn (we did not). It was early and I decided to just leave. I will never be back to this location or any location since this is how they let their employees treat customers. I can support local coffee shops instead of bring disrespected at this chain. I also called afterward and another employee seemed uninterested and told me to contact corporate with any problems. I will be. Coffee has always been above average.

Both of the staff working were completely rude. They did not apologize for completely forgetting about our order, and when they finally remembered, our order was cold.

Great to have a stand-alone Caribou back in Madtown. Solid service, and very good coffee drinks. Don’t forget to answer the trivia, correctly, at each and every order. It’s good for you brain to actually think for yourself.
