I like Casey's, always have, BUT this visit was not good. I waited way too long for an egg, bacon, and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. There was no mention of how long I should expect to wait, but I stood there the whole time. Later, when given my receipt, I found the "promised time" was for nearly 20 mins after I ordered! Why does it take 20 mins to heat up this sandwich while the entire kitchen staff is just standing around, with no explanation as to why? I'd understand if the egg and bacon were being prepared (cooked). But the parts of the sandwich were precooked and apparently frozen, and then the sandwich is assembled. When I opened my sandwich container, while in my vehicle, THE SANDWICH WAS COLD.

I chose to pay at the pump. Requested a receipt at the pump. When complete it printed. No paper. No receipt. So I needed to go inside for the receipt. Need a paper copy for tax reasons. I asked why I should need to come in for a receipt. The cashier wouldn't respond. Just handed me a receipt and turned his head away. No name tag. Stated he was the manage when I finally asked. Jerk. Ice machine was giving out melting ice. I always try to go to Casey's . I am from Iowa and they are an Iowa company. Get it together please

What a joke. Got fuel went to take a piss and wash hands, and get a receipt for fuel since damn pump sidnt give it, BUT this store is closed. The last time the bathrooms were disgusting and looked and smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in a couple months. Managers you are doing a piss poor job owners send them and possibly yourself for some good training at some stores that do better. Probably won't stop here again

This place is being so mismanaged it's ridiculous. There gas pumps are so slow it's painful. After about 8 times of getting gas there spread out over the course of probably 8 months, I finally asked what is wrong with your pumps. I was told it was because they are gummed up from the 87's ethanol.I tried to use my card today because I just needed to pump about 2 bucks worth of gas to top off a rental and it wouldn't accept my card. I went in amd the lady said the card readers have been messed up.Quite often they don't have donuts. Which I stop there sometimes on the weekend for.I have to say, I'll just be going somewhere else. I gave it my best because it's close.

The people running this store never keep the place open during operating hours. They close the store early and never allow online ordering. Today when we went there there was at least 10 customers waiting to get in. An employee yelled “we will open in 2 hours”. So unprofessional and we will be contacting corporate.
It's 3:30 on a saturday and the store is locked with no one around and no one answered the phone

Don’t know why I keep occasionally coming here thinking it’ll be any better. EVERY time I come at least half of the pumps are out of order and they rarely have E-85 or 88 unleaded. I’ll just stick to Kwik Trip from now on.

Do you guys ever turn on online ordering for Pizza? I feel like every time I want to order pizza from here you either don’t have anyone working the kitchen or there’s nothing in the warmers. It’s gotten to the point I don’t even try to get pizza from you anymore. Which is sad because the pizza was the only reason I would stop and get gas.

(update) they refunded after about a week) however today went for pizza orderd a gluten free after being told they had them picked up and given a regular because they don't)Should fix gas pumps so they work dispensed .013 gallons but they at least I wasted my rewards of 1.22 a gallon off and savent .01 cents on it instead of getting the full 20 gallons will update if they fix it

New automated service is horrible said pizza would be ready to pick up right away. When the order was complete it than said pick up time would be 40min later. Then when I got there store hadn't even started it and they said it would be 15min. When ordering can't speak to a person. I almost just didn't even bother going to the store to pick up.
