I would not recommend this place if you are black/brown. They will make you feel uncomfortable and make you wait over an hour for your food while serving all white customers who came in after you first. Our food came out cold and waiter was rude when we asked politely for an update after waiting an hour after him taking our orders. There is a very nice Italian restaurant on the other side of the capital with better (and hot) food and much better customer service (not prejudice). Will never come back here.

The food was excellent and the portions were generous. However it was so so loud that it was hard to carry on a conversation or hear our server. We will try it again once the Overture is not hosting a very popular show. Our server was friendly and polite and we appreciated that he labeled our leftovers and provided a bag. The service was slow but it was hard to know why. Perhaps the kitchen was understaffed.

I enjoyed the food, but service was very lackluster. In terms of food, the pizza was my favorite. The pasta was good too, but it didn't stand out. The dessert was mid, the brownie was very disappointing. In terms of service, I have never seen anything worse for a place as expensive as Cento. I'm fine with waiting 1 hour or longer as long as you tell me it would take that long. They told us the estimated time was 35-45 minutes, but it became closer to 75 minutes wait. For an establishment like this, I'd expect them to at least nail this down. Once seated, throughout the night, it was near impossible to get my waiter attention. I had my arm raised and made eye contacts with multiple staff in the restaurant, but I was ignored. I guess they thought I was just some weirdo who likes to keep arm raised? Or maybe the restaurant is really strict about staff's territory for tipping purposes? Not quite sure.
Summary: Food good. Dessert eh. Service never again please.

Had a fantastic meal. Our server, Julia, was adorable and very efficient.
Food and apps were great, good prices. Atmosphere and noise level were also both very good. Wish the service was a bit faster at the start though. Brick Chicken and meatballs were both excellent.

It appears that you are beginning to trade on your proximity to the Overture Center and not the quality of your food or service. The best item you've made, Rigatoni egg and pancetta, is gone from the menu. At 12:30 pm on Sunday brunch you were out of the crabcake benedict. We asked for mild Bloody Marys and were served very spicey cocktails. I ordered a glass of wine to have with the meal. My wife finally went to the bar to retrieve it since the server didn't pick it up even though the restaurant was far from busy. At the close of our meal our booth became infested with fruit flies. Not a good look. In all the brunch menu is uninspired and service is poor. We will look for another Sunday brunch in the future.
