Order included Hot & Sour Soup (was very good but not spicy hot). @ egg rolls they were OK tasting but slightly greasy, Crab Rangoon lacking in crab taste, Combo Plates C16 General Toso's Chicken, Listed as spicy this dish had no spices, came with pork fried rice has maybe 2 tiny pieces of pork no veggies and absolutely no flavor, second combo plate was C19 Chicken w. Hot Garlic Sause ordered extra spicy, this too lacked any spice and the rice very bland and only have a few pieces of pork. When I order extra spicy that is what I expect to get, not food that has no spice. My son tried the General Tso's chicken and asked where this spicy was his comment was that is not General Tso's chicken. I will not recommend this restaurant unless you enjoy dishes that lack taste and spice.

I've ordered delivery and pick up from here several times. Always hoping to scratch the chinese food itch unsuccessfully. Man it's awful food. The orange chicken, general tso chicken, and sesame chicken are more coarse gristle and non chewable parts than chicken. I literally just had to spit out a piece it wouldn't even break down... Lo mein tasted like old frying oil. Consistently awful food.

Well, this is heavily sauced Chinese food! Which I like. Madisons Chinese food scene is either authentic and greasy or Hyvee and dry. This place is a nice change. Reminds me of my middle American hometown saucey goodness. I did get their Szechuan tofu - it was a level 1-2, but a little too spicy for me. The tofu was a soft tofu, which I thought was unique and yummy. But if you're not sure you like tofu soft, talk with them. I also like the sautéed veggies with lo main: so good.

We had this delivered, but called the restaurant and asked specifically for red sweet and sour dipping sauce. She told me to finish online order and she would add it. It was not included. We received the packets of yellow sauce for egg rolls, but four huge egg rolls and only three packets. Two large entrees and three soy sauce, which was also silly.Food ... pork and shrimp egg rolls, both good.Beef with mushroom add onion, they didn't add onion. However, it came with beef fried rice, which had plenty of onion in it.Shrimp in garlic sauce was surprisingly sweet and had way too many vegetables for me. But the shrimps were large and tasty.Next time, I will dine inside rather than delivery.

We ordered $50 worth of food and it was awful!! I ordered spicy chicken not spicy! Crab Rangoon taste like it was fried in old grease. My veggie roll tasted like a cabbage roll! Just a waste of food and money.
The food was horrid. Egg drop soup tasteless. Wonton soup just beef broth with the chewiest wontons. Spit that out. The general Taos chicken literally tasted like a chemical, also spit that out and the beef With broccoli was chewy and just nasty. Bummer since we ordered for the whole family and threw it all away.

SS chicken sort of okay. But the sweet/sour sauce was not. The shrimp was slimey and the egg rolls were mediocre. Delivery did not include ANY condiments in the bag. No soy sauce and no mustard. Not cool.

Ordered delivery. My go to one is on Fish Hatchery but it was closed at the time. Arrived with half of what I ordered. I'm not sure how you literally miss 3 out of the 7 items on a delivery, but they did. The food that did arrive was incomplete and totally bland, greasy, and soggy. The diet mixed vegetables didn't come with sauce, the sweet and sour chicken was so greasy and soggy it just tasted like oil and it came with no sweet and sour sauce, the pork fried rice it came with was bland, greasy, and had two tiny pieces of pork, the house lo mein had no sauce so it was just soggy bland noodles with some bits of protein mixed in, and the special four seasons dish was just floating in basically flavorless brown water. Will never order from this place again! Disappointed I wasted around $50 for an inedible dinner.

Chicken w/garlic sauce was an overcooked oily mess. So much oil that it leaked over the other containers & paper bag. Used 3 paper towels to soak up the oil that pooled on top of the dish. It tasted like oil with a hint of soy sauce flavoring, the vegetables were mush - it was disgusting. The General Tso Chicken was basically sesame chicken without the sesame seeds on top, watery sauce, no spice, but did have the mushy broccoli! Normally order from Raymond Rd location, but unfortunately they are closed for a month. Very disappointed in spending $40+tip for terrible food.
