Love this Chick-fil-A location. The food is always hot, good, and delicious. The app makes ordering so easy and gives great rewards. I wish we had a Chick-fil-A in Fitchburg.

Tried chik-fil-a for the first time EVER yesterday. Bland, bigot pickle chicken with a side of homophobia. It was "crunchy" on the outside and soggy in the middle of the deep fried crust. I was not impressed. I dont see a reason why this is so popular. It's actually crap. People were "fake" nice and its off putting.

The chicken sandwich was AMAZING! Amazing is an understatement! I also got the fries which were delicious! The service was quick, the atmosphere was awesome, and the food was amazing!
I was waiting for my son‘s athletic practice so stopped in to get some waffle fries. Wyatt took my order and was super friendly and welcoming.
While I was seated, Joyce stopped by and asked me how I was doing as well. We had a short and lovely visit. Joyce is one of the nicest people I have ever met!
Before I left, I ordered some fries and a vanilla shake to take for my son when I picked him back up from his practice. Unfortunately, when he got in the truck, the shake accidentally spilled all over and dumped into the cupholders. It was about 9:30 PM and I didn’t have any rags to clean it up.
We were still close to the restaurant so we stopped back to see if they could help. Luke went out of his way to lend me some rags and wet wipes I could use to clean it up. We were incredibly appreciative!
After we got the truck all cleaned up, I went back inside to purchase another shake. Even though it was totally our fault for spilling it, Luke insisted this shake was on the house and wished us a wonderful evening. I was blown away!
As Maya Angelou once said, people don’t always remember what you say or what you do, but they always remember the way you made them feel. I can honestly say that all of my experiences at this restaurant have continually impressed me and always made me feel like I am truly a valued customer!

I am rewriting this review as my first review was only 3 stars. I have grown to like it very much. Very smooth operation. You are in and out in no time. I really like the egg white grill and hoping they will offer it all day instead of just in the morning.

Exceptional customer experience…and then some!
