Waited 25 minutes to pickup a door dash order that had already been picked up evidently!? The employees need to do a better job and let people know ahead of him that the order has been picked up so i don’t sit there and waste nearly a half an hour of my life. Terrible service from this chickfila ran by teenagers.

Occasionally order this via Uber Eats, mostly because it’s the only thing in Madison that won’t arrive with rotten food. But the order is consistently incorrect. It’s whatever combination of items they feel like giving you.
