We went to pick up food for my wife's birthday. We ordered two sandwiches fries and a large Mac'n'cheese. The mac was about 8.50. When we got home and opened it, it was only filled like half way. Just felt like we got ripped off.

Ordered my food on the app. App stated my food was ready for pick up. Drove through the drive thru. Told not ready, sent to pick-up spot. Waited 5 min, no food, left without my order. Why are the people behind me more important? Never had this problem at East side or Onalaska stores. 5 min later, manager called for me to come back.
