Changing my review from a lower rating to 5 stars. The atmosphere has definitely changed! Current staff is great and friendly! Service is quick and the food is hot and fresh! Thank you for maintaining and going above the standard! :)
It was alright. The food was good ... no more, no less. A fairly typical fast food dining experience. Great to grab a bite when time is a factor, but it's not date-night worthy.

LITERALLY THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A IN Madison!! The manager Natasha is so rude! She literally makes my food wrong and gave me a market salad but charged me more for Cobb Salad (AND REFUSED To Remake or Refund Me!) I then call the store, saying I didn't get what I had ordered. I asked for a Cobb Salad that normally comes with Crispy Chicken Nuggets to be replaced with a (Fresh Grilled Chicken filet chopped) instead they gave me old dehydrated shredded chicken. When I called the store they asked me to come back through drive through and they'd take care of it. Only to refuse to remake or refund the food and instead argued with me for 30 mins about how no matter how I ask MY food to be prepared, they make it the way they want. Completely wasting everyone's times! Natasha said that "if you ask for a WARM FRESH Grilled Chicken Filet Chopped, You Will Only Get SHREDDED Chicken" MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE?!?!? The SHREDDED Chicken is NOT A WARM FRESH Grilled Chicken Filet chopped!! One is is cold one is hot, one is fresh and juciy the other is not! It's as simple as that! I then asked to speak with the Owner Monica, several times but Natasha keeps refusing to allow me to speak to the owner. I am litteraly so upset and offended! I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that has not offered to remake food or refund when customer is not satisfied, especially when they messed up and the order was not made as the customer requested!! I called corporate and they made a case and forwarded to upper management asking then to have Monica call me directly. But it's been 5 days now and I have not been contacted! Literally so unprofessional and down right rude!! ALL OVER A SINGLE SALAD!!!! 🤡🤡🤡 I recorded the ENTIRE spectacle and will gladly send it to ANYONE! Wish I could post it on this review!!

Every other restaurant in the world needs to take lessons on customer service from Chick-fil-A of East Madison.
Went to the drive-through to get the "newly" advertised chicken honey pimento sandwich. The sandwich by itself costs nearly $9 so let's start with that.
I was disappointed, honestly, I believe i could have ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and been more satisfied.
I was disappointed in the price and the flavor of the pimento sandwich.
Good thing I ordered the waffle fries too, they didn't disappoint 😋
Alas, all you can hope for in the morning is a quick and reliable spicy chicken biscuit sandwich, and that’s exactly what I got. HOT TIP: you get a free breakfast item Tuesday morning if you order through the app! Learn from my silly mistake.

Hey.... it's Chick-fil-Aaaaaa! Of COURSE it's GOOOOOOD! Hubby, fur baby & me share the 30 pc. nuggies, lg. fries & lg. Sunjoy. Perfect size meal for a "family" of three (hubby, myself & fur baby) on a Memorial Day Week road trip! Yum, Yum, eeeeat 'em up! 😁
I was born & raised in the South & this is still the best place for a chicken sandwich or nuggets. Try as they might these other fast food places aren't gonna unseat Chick-fil-A..... some have come close but we are a loyal lot! Company standards play a part in customer loyalty too.......
