If I had to explain this horrible experience into a phrase, It would be, "That's not my job."
First off, my girlfriend and I drove from Sun Prairie to this location and it may not seem that important to add this, but we try to check in through the website. Perfectly fine. Until we get there and the entire Lobby is completely filled with people. So either the website was wrong, or somebody didn't do their job properly.
So the hostess said that there was open seating right now for two people in the bar area. Which, I'm not the biggest bar person area just because I've been on the receiving end of being forgotten because the bartenders too busy dealing with making drinks instead of waiting on tables.
So we sit down at the table and I can already tell that we were at a corner table that's not really well seen by anybody except for the hosts. So roughly 10 to 15 minutes go by and the bartender says that she's super sorry and that she didn't realize we were even there. But I told her that we were ready to order right away because you know we have plenty of time to look at the menu. So we ordered our drinks and food and I will give her credit though, the drinks came out relatively quickly.
So there was a decent amount of time between when I had ordered and the food had arrived. So I had asked the food Runner if we could get some refills and he said yes. And you want to take a guess what happened? Never saw him again for the rest of the night.
So we start eating our food and quickly we realize that we don't have any silverware. So we look around and none is to be found. Okay, it is what it is. So I had asked the host that was sitting down and wiping down menus for some silverware and it felt like I was asking him for an impossible task he got snarky and simply said that they're behind on dishes. But he did reluctantly get up and go back to the kitchen I'm sure because the silverware he had brought back was wet. So clearly they just came right out of the dishwasher. But in what world though, is wiping down menus more important than doing dishes?
Now at this point, our drinks are pretty much gone at this point and the bartender shows up and says that she'll go grab us a refill on our drinks so at this point, the food Runner never even bothered to even tell the bartender that we needed drinks or the hosts that was trying to deal with people who could stillclearly see our drinks were empty and couldn't be bothered.
Though the part that really irritates me the most, is that the bartender said at the bar and it was just casually talking to like two people for like 5 minutes while making direct eye contact with me the entire time and just not caring. And of course she gets busy with you know making drinks and taking care of the patrons at the bar which I get, but like she constantly kept looking over at me and my girlfriend and just didn't even bother. At this point in the evening, I figured we should just pay on the kiosk instead of just waiting for the bartender who might or might not show up within the hour. And of course, the moment that the transaction is completed on the kiosk, the bartender rushes over with our drinks in hand saying how sorry she was...

Did not get refills on drinks, server never came back to check on things till we were done. Apps came out after our meal did. The mini sliders were completely raw on the inside, bright red. My burger was also raw. Half of the burger was cooked the other half was raw. Food and service were terrible. Manager was not attentive, standing there on his phone in the middle of the restaurant not doing anything.

I ordered fajitas to go with extra meat and tortillas.i didn’t receive the extra meat or tortillas and was given a tablespoon of each topping all for the grand total of $30. I called for a refund of the items I didn’t receive and was told that she had checked the bag and seen that the items were missing and she told ”them” to add them so they had to be in there. She acted as if I was lying when I had no idea of the situation she encountered previously…Yet, we both checked and the same items are missing.

When ordering the food you get a text that tells you to wait in your car for another text saying the food is ready and you can come inside to pick it up. My pickup time was 6:15. Still waiting in my car at 6:30 I went in to ask about the food. But it was sitting in the rack. I assume it had been there for 15 minutes. The food was cold and I finally got a text at 6:53 telling me it was ready, 40 minutes after it was ready and 20 minutes after I picked it up.

My daughter frequents this place and she finally got us to go with her. We enjoyed the whole experience! The wait to be seated was short. Our server was spot-on and very friendly. They have some very tasty drinks (Resolution Breaker was my fav. Very bright, tropical drink.) They were very prompt with taking our order. And no time was wasted in getting the items to table. More time to enjoy the meal and talk with others. BTW, if you are a Rewards member, you get unlimited chips & salsa free! Starting with the appetizers: the Triple Dipper is a good way to go if you can’t decide on any one. The Southwest Eggrolls are a perfect blend of crunchy, chewy, creamy, with a hint of heat. The avocado dip brightens up each bite. I’m a fan of any cheese deep-fried. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella were very good, but the sauce seemed more like a dry rub. Not bad, but not quite what I was expecting. The sliders weren’t much to look at, they looked dry, but their taste was just the opposite. Juicy, with an onion topping that added lots of flavor. I really liked them. The healthier dish, but still really tasty, was the Ancho Salmon. Flaky, moist salmon with just the right amount of topping to punch up the flavor. My Ultimate Cajun Pasta was oh-so good! Lots of shrimp, chunks of chicken all atop super creamy and tasty Alfredo sauce pasta. Yes Cajun, but not too spicy. It’s a real belly filler. I could’ve easily shared this dish (but it will be lunch tmrw.) My wife’s sirloin surf & turf was great tasting. A perfect medium! A wonderful blend of seasonings, texture and flavor. I got to eat what she couldn’t finish. So, first time at Chili’s for quite a long time, and very pleased. Warning: all the food is so good, you find you’ll eat too much before your brain realizes you’re full….Heehee.
