Stopped here while Christmas shopping. It is one of my son's favorite places and was his choice. I had a steak fajita that was really good. He had chicken tenders and fries that he said was good. He also got some of the fried mozzarella and enjoyed seeing how far he could stretch the cheese (longer that he could reach). Overall tit was a good stop and was a great way to wrap up a boys day.

Service is great. Food is great as always. I was there with my eight month old son and had to go change him and there’s no changing table in the men’s bathroom. No difficult it is a change a baby with no changing table. You guys are a franchise. It’s 2025 do better.

Ordered on line….was fine with the hour wait, no biggie….however the door dash was worst…if I could I’d get my tip back….never aging tipping upfront ….Fry's where ice cold and chicken Luke warm…..I’m txting the guy I’m waiting for him in lobby……he never txt back, never answer my call, but sneaks in behind me and drops my food off…

Came in last Saturday morning with a group of six. Our server, Will, was fantastic from start to finish. Our last visit wasn’t great, but this time he made the experience leagues better. Great job! Make him President.
Mozzarella sticks are massive and delicious. For their size im surprised they were cooked all the way through. Nice gooey cheesey pull. Fresh and hot too. The marinara sauce was also very good, not very acidic and didnt give me heartburn like most red sauces do. Special shout out to the bartender josh who was super amazing and quick and efficient with service. Definitely will come back just for his service again.

I love Chili's, but this was a bad experience. I ordered a black bean burger without jalapeños. It had jalapeños in it. We got our chips and salsa after we got our food. We finished our water and soda and never got refills. Our waitress never came to our table once after we got our food. I did talk to the manager. He did get us more soda, which are always free refills. He did offer us a free dessert. We declined. It should have been a free meal. It will be a long time before I go back there.

I ordered online from uber eats…. The triple dipper of course. I requested certain items the receipt came out completely different from what I paid for. I got 2 orders of boneless wings and 1 order of bone in wings. I ordered big mouth bites, mozzarella sticks, and 1 boneless wings. Idk if the “no…” means they did not have the item but I ordered as soon as they opened. And as far as my dragon fruit lemonade, I was later asked by my driver if I wanted a substitute. I was fine that outcome of the drink, but the main thing I ordered was so unexplainably incorrect it’s infuriating because this is such an expensive mistake, especially in this economy, that I had to pay for. I told uber eats about the issue and was only given a partial refund. Do better Chili’s. In every other location, I have never ran into this level of carelessness. I couldn't eat it.
