Very poor communication here. Walked in to a 3/4 empty restaurant and was told there would be a 20 minutes wait even for the empty bar with no explanation provided. The staff was pleasant but seemed disinterested / disconnected.
I ended up leaving after 5 minutes and going to one of the other 10 restaurants within 5 minutes of here. I will not be back.
UPDATE: I went back. I shouldn't have. Night and day difference between this one and the other one in Madison. Go to the other one.

Wasn't impressed with this Chili's location, ordered the chili queso appetizer and it looked and tasted like it came out of a can,"Hormel" ..to be exact..very few customers inside the restaurant, shoulda been a clue, but thought we got there before the dinner rush..our waitress was extremely polite and accommodating...one of chicken tenders was rubbery.. maybe not cooked thoroughly. No complaints about the service staff, they were all very friendly, first time here at this location,will not be returning ...???
I hadn't been to Chili's in almost 2 years. It won't be that long ever again. My burger was exceptional!!! Service was quite likely the best I've ever received. Not one, not two, but the staff members stopped by to see how everything was and refill our drinks. The burger wasn't some frozen patty that every restaurant offers, it was flavorful and fresh tasting. Fries were perfectly seasoned and hot.

I don't know about other Chili's?️ locations, but this one is how the tortilla chips were. Nothing but a bowl of crumbs. The first bowl of chips were like this and so was the second one. We were super bummed because we ordered queso and we weren't even able to dip our chips in our queso because it was literally a crumb! It was like we were given the bottom of a bag of chips not once, but twice! Beware when getting the chips and salsa here.

The to-go team here is great! I always get curbside pickup and they always have my food ready to go right when I arrive.
My husband and I went to dinner with my best friend who attended our wedding ceremony. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The wait times were not bad for a Saturday evening. It was such a great experience especially for my first time there. Will be going back for special occasions!
