They were incredibly rude inside of the restaurant and proceeded to give me the wrong order dispite the top clearly saying the right order.
This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant.
I wish i could give them -5 stars.
Couldn’t even return a phone call so i could speak my mind.

The food was fine, but the service was terrible. The lady at the protein section didn’t put the food as I asked, even though I repeated it twice. I only realized it when I got home, so I had to go back and have it changed. They asked me a bunch of questions and finally told me to throw the old one away and make a new one. She was literally staring at me in a strange way when I received my food. This was also the same lady who once refused to serve my friend just because my friend’s English wasn’t very good.

Get control of the workers. What a disaster. Employees eating food out of the containers with bare hands that they serve customers with, throwing paper towels balls at the employee securing transactions for payment, taking sticky tags and trying to “wax” the hair off other employees arms while they are serving customers. Not to mention the inappropriate hispanic music blaring so no one can hear the order. This place is disgusting. What a joke of a public place serving food to the public. Also get some forks.

The woman who helped our order was extremely disrespectful. We hadn't even finished the order but she closed the lids on the bowls. When I asked for lettuce and cheese, she said they were already wrapped so couldn't be opened, and they were only available as sides. I've never heard of such policy ever. She even slammed the sides onto the lid hard with anger. We ended up not taking the foods. What a truly awful experience.
The service here just completely got my food wrong. I asked for brown rice and even though the employee repeated brown rice still gave me the wrong one. Then I asked for lettuce and the employee asked if I said cheese. I said no and then they proceeded to put cheese on it anyways. I ended up throwing away my food halfway through since it had two toppings I didn’t ask for. Just disappointed with the service.

the women who checked me out was extremely rude. i came in for the chimichurri , and she looked at me and told me the didnt have it when she was holding 2. the women in front of me AND behind me both recived it. i wasnt rude to her at all and she barley interacted with me. she was just lazy and did not want to portion it out. whats the point of having a new item if not to sell it? i had to go back and then she charged me separately, having me pay twice. just rude for no reason

I used to come here often because of the convenient location, but the rice is always undercooked - you can even hear it crack! On top of that, the staff are extremely rude. Somehow, it just keeps getting worse!
