Asked for extra rice, and barely got any. The lady who bagged my food put the quaso sideways inside of my bag.

Food is fine, as expected from Chipotle. But it was really hard to communicate with the members of staff as the music was quite loud and the server was speaking (almost mumbling) too quitely to understand even after repeatedly asking to speak up.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Didn’t get my order for hours and when I did it was wet and inedible. On top of that they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Bar is low and they somehow lowered it further.

Very disappointed , raw rice! both the white and brown! shame on them, wasted 12 dollars! and when i asked them to change it they said they would but it would be the same! I thought 3rd time would be a charm but it has been like that! my food? straight up to the garbage ! do yourself a favor and buy an 8 dollar chicken breasts and cook it yourself

Service was fine the other few times I was here. But then this last time, I recieved 0 guac when I order “chips and guac” when that’s the whole point of that item. Wasn’t even busy either. Also was given chicken and wasn’t even asked about meat choice.

consistently dissapointing. I am an avid chipotle goer and this location is far below average. Very poor service and constantly get online orders incorrect. Avoid at all cost

It’s not terrible, but the fact that it’s not great is kinda sad. The beauty of chipotle is that it’s extremely simple and there are very few things to get down, yet this particular location misses the mark, why? There are like 3 menu items, get it together guys. My main issue with this location is that their employees don’t know how to roll burritos properly. The easiest thing on earth. I’ve worked at 3 burrito chains and never struggled to roll a burrito and every time i order one here the employees butcher it. It isn’t difficult, it’s just a training issue. And today I came in and got food, they were out of hot salsa. How do you run out of hot salsa? Does the management just not order properly? Come on guys this isn’t that hard.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you go to this chipotle store DO NOT do pickup as they hide the orders behind their counter where you couldn't read the names and so we are all stuffed inside this little waiting area and I was waiting for over an HOUR to get my food while people who came after me (THE LONG LINE IN STORE) got their food. I asked if they can find my order and I got waved off and even a hand in my face. I even asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me, so I had to walk away with no food or my money back. Not to mention we are all blocking the drink station and it overflowed so water soaked my pants. I already contacted customer support for this and I'm usually not this person, but I'm this furious.

everything's dirty from the line to the tables employees are rude and tryna close the place 40 minutes before closing time. one of the employees moved the line part where all the food is and got between me and the employee taking my order. the pico is just watery tomato. plus the lemonade tastes nasty here!

A bit hectic around lunch time but plenty of seating that revolves pretty quickly, and guess that's to be expected. Got a hearty meal for $12 that lasted both lunch and dinner, and I'm not that light of an eater.

Staff back talk you. Proportion size was bad. Can probably fill a 2 year old up. I left my trash behind and now a poor janitor who did nothing wrong has to clean it up because your staff don’t know how to talk to people.

I was told "check the bag next time" when coming in a second later for a missing bag of chips. As if it was my fault that they did not complete my order. I was extremely understanding and only asked for the missing chips for my order but received an odd attitude and angry look. This person was clearly overwhelmed and unfit to work in a fast environment. They had glasses and were smaller to medium hight with blondish brown hair. They either had braids or a rat tail I'm not too sure.
Normally I don't care about rude employees.
This was just uncalled for and that felt if I didn't walk away immediately there would have been a conflict.
That is the last thing I want to experience getting food after a long day at work.
the only chipotle where you tell them you want one item and they give you the exact opposite for no reason, the dumbest employees at one of the smartest schools really sad...
