I was told "check the bag next time" when coming in a second later for a missing bag of chips. As if it was my fault that they did not complete my order. I was extremely understanding and only asked for the missing chips for my order but received an odd attitude and angry look. This person was clearly overwhelmed and unfit to work in a fast environment. They had glasses and were smaller to medium hight with blondish brown hair. They either had braids or a rat tail I'm not too sure.
Normally I don't care about rude employees.
This was just uncalled for and that felt if I didn't walk away immediately there would have been a conflict.
That is the last thing I want to experience getting food after a long day at work.
the only chipotle where you tell them you want one item and they give you the exact opposite for no reason, the dumbest employees at one of the smartest schools really sad...

They ran out of lettuce at 8pm… that doesn’t make sense for any chipotle.

Eww, a hair in my burrito bowl is just nasty! Seriously, please make sure your staff tie their hair back or wear hats. And on top of that, the rice was undercooked, which made it even worse. This whole meal was pretty disappointing. I hope they do better next time.

The rice tastes pretty raw and sticks together. This is literally the worst rice I ever had. Otherwise the steak would have been good.

I waited over an hour for a mobile pick up. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Love chipotle, but this is their worst location.

The employees were screaming, laughing, and cheering obnoxiously loud while I was trying to enjoy my lunch this afternoon. The noise was reverberating around the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have a problem with employees having a good time while working, but they were just excessively loud and had no awareness of the disturbance they were creating. I could see other customers giving disapproving glances too… Not to mention that they didn’t give me extra chicken on my burrito, which I paid an extra $3.50 for.

This Chipotle sucks. I went to get a chicken burrito bowl and I got a total of 12 pieces of chicken. I asked for a little more and the worker had the audacity to give me 2 more pieces. My bowl was half full. I tried contacting support and they are useless. I am hungry, mad, feel I wasted my money, and filled with disappointment.

Definitely have a love hate relationship with this place. On the one hand I love Chipotle and come here damn near everyday. On the other hand I hate when I ask for extra rice and get less rice than the person behind me who asked for a normal amount, because for some reason the staff working 90% of the time think it’s going to take money out of their paycheck if they give out a decent sized portion. The ingredients are so hit or miss depending on the day and even time of day, never been to a chipotle with worse quality consistency, but then again I haven’t been to any other chipotle’s over 250 times.

The staff is hit or miss, some of them seem overwroekd because they often rush you and are rude, other staff members are amazing and patient and friendly.
However, recently on December 27, 2024 I was ordering and witnessed the manager aggressively yelling at a young indian gentlemen because he needed asisstance opening the bathroom. It was extremely uncomfortable, he was shouting over the line of customers to the man who needed assistance, ridiculing him with comments like "It's just 4 numbers bro, its really not hard" and trying to make him look like a fool. The lack of professionalism was vomit inducing. Other managers that i've seen there are great, but this individual, (Young, short, buff, mexican man) was super unprofessional. He also one time when i was deciding on a sauce rushed me and said "Come on. come on!".
If I didn't have this experience, I'd give it 3.5 stars, but, unfortunately I provide 1.

honestly, the guy working the front was a total jerk. we come in at 10:30 because closing time is listed as 11 PM and he refused to serve us unless we did mobile order. why list close as 11 PM if you’re not gonna actually serve 30 minutes before close and not list literally anywhere that its mobile only?? really inappropriate and rude towards us as well without even a hello. never coming back here and definitely telling folks to stay away.

This is the third time I've been charged for extra food I didn’t order or receive. It feels like they may be trying to take advantage, knowing that many customers don’t carefully check the prices they’re being charged.
Get a burrito if you want it to look like the lady yelling "chocolate" in that one spongebob episode. Squished, wrinkly, and not even wrapped right. Basically had a salad at the end that fell right through the burrito. A burrito place that can't wrap one....wowza
