Ordered a steak burrito bowl for delivery, was charged an extra $2.50 for the steak, but they forgot to put steak in it. Other than that, the bowl was pretty good, but the rice was overcooked and mushed together.

If looking for an unclean place to eat look no further, the benches come with rice pre installed! The burrito was not only cold after waiting on the counter for full 5 minutes but was smashed into the tortilla with a meat tenderizer rather than rolled. I literally used 24 napkins to clean up after just unwrapping the thing. I have had salsa less homogenized than my supposedly rolled burrito. Next time I want goulash I will order it!

Of all of the Chipotles I've been to the one seems a notch lower than the rest. The quality of the food is inconsistent. The staff are nice but often struggle with anything that is "off script" which is tough at a build-your-own-burrito place. To be fair, some of that is how loud it is where you order. I love chipotle but I've been disappointed enough times here that I probably won't come back any time soon.

I ordered from here. There was a large piece of avocado shell in my bowl. There was multiple large lives of lettuce(I didn't order lettuce), large chunks of random peppers(I didn't order peppers), undercooked rice, and a piece of extremely tough chicken that was most definitely not cooked correctly. It was a mission to eat this bowl and whoever made it should not be working there. I am not sure if I even want to order from this chipotle anymore after this one.

I ordered online through their app. They gave me a half empty bowl with barely any lettuce or anything on there. I ordered sprite and I got coke without even a heads up. Terrible service and not the first time it’s happened.
