Went at 10:40pm, all the hot food was pulled out the hot box, it was drained and completely clean. I know that means it has been out for at least 30 minutes. Still got food and within the 5 minute drive home and the 5 minutes it took me to sit and eat, my rice and meat was ice cold. Complete loss of appetite and I will not be coming back. Worker was nice at least

What a joke! Order double chicken and get 1/3 scoop for the 2nd. Got.a bag of chips and the were stale, as was the 2nd bag...I got a diet coke but it was rootbeer!

We ordered a kids guacamole meal which is supposed to come with guacamole. The staff refused to give us the guacamole that came with the meal and were incredibly mean when we pointed out that a kids guacamole meal by definition comes with guacamole. They refused to print off a receipt with a fully intact survey code (survey code was scratched off by staff) so that we could submit a survey noting what happened.

dont go to chipotle expecting servings like qdoba they give 1-2 scoups of guacamole free at qdoba aswell as a free scoup of queso with 0 upcharge also the servings at chipotle are pathetic got double and it was basically what qdoba gives as one portion. the worker ran out of guacamole and instead of grabbing another container mid order he said they were out. we then went up and got guacamole after they pulled another out they didnt charge for it thats the ONLY reason i gave 3 stars for service

At 5PM on a Sunday, the nearly empty restaurant was filthy! We found 1 of 2 tables that did not have debris on it, but the chair was dirty. The floors were a mess as well Food was good, employees were nice enough, but one's uniform was filthy as well. We wondered if there was a manager on site. We will not return to this restaurant.
