We ordered a kids guacamole meal which is supposed to come with guacamole. The staff refused to give us the guacamole that came with the meal and were incredibly mean when we pointed out that a kids guacamole meal by definition comes with guacamole. They refused to print off a receipt with a fully intact survey code (survey code was scratched off by staff) so that we could submit a survey noting what happened.

dont go to chipotle expecting servings like qdoba they give 1-2 scoups of guacamole free at qdoba aswell as a free scoup of queso with 0 upcharge also the servings at chipotle are pathetic got double and it was basically what qdoba gives as one portion. the worker ran out of guacamole and instead of grabbing another container mid order he said they were out. we then went up and got guacamole after they pulled another out they didnt charge for it thats the ONLY reason i gave 3 stars for service

At 5PM on a Sunday, the nearly empty restaurant was filthy! We found 1 of 2 tables that did not have debris on it, but the chair was dirty. The floors were a mess as well Food was good, employees were nice enough, but one's uniform was filthy as well. We wondered if there was a manager on site. We will not return to this restaurant.

The food was less than mediocre and there were so many people swearing and yelling, it made for a bad experience. There were no napkins available and when asked, the person pointed to the empty holder. Someone who was putting food together, came out to sweep and his pants were below his entire butt, exposing his boxers, that were quite see through.
We had a gift card and decided to use it. The remaining money on the card went into the trash. Maybe a different Chipotle would be better, but the one we went to was gross.

Keep a close eye on your food order! An employee, before wrapping our burrito order, pushed down garbage into an overflowing trash bin with gloves on, then proceeded to keep on the same gloves to touch and wrap our burrito order and two others. I threw the food away on our way out, unsurprised this chain continues to be in the news for food poisoning related events. Not to mention the employees who acted incredibly annoyed we were there in the first place, even though they did not close for atleast another hour. Take your business elsewhere, seems like that is what they would prefer (and you will avoid eating literal garbage food).

Food with minimal protein and excessive sugar (Don't get the brisket; it's overly sweet). The server rushes you and is careless. He shows his frustration with these big, clunky movements. I used to come here for a well-nutritionally balanced meal. Both times I've been here, there has been so little protein that even double protein doesn't fix it, just like the previous reviewer said. This is not a place for a nutritionally balanced meal. Come here for a carb-heavy meal if you like that.
WTH CHIPOTLE! I used to love getting Chipotle mainly because you’d get a healthy serving of each ingredient in the burritos when you ordered them. I know there’s been a lot of news regarding chipotle skimping on serving sizes especially for protein. As a lifter and Trainer I love their burritos protein options but what I cannot stand is when I order a burrito and ask and PAY for DOUBLE protein of choice and get this. This image you can see the ENTIRE burrito is filled with rice, and about a quarter of the actually filling is meat. When I paid extra for DOUBLE PROTEIN. Completely unacceptable. I’m aware this is not the fault of the poor workers making it but the supervisors micromanaging their portion sizes as best they can to ensure costs stay down.
When I order a double chicken protein burrito with rice, beans, lettuce, queso I do not want to eat a rice burrito. There was hardly any lettuce cheese or beans which I also asked for. I just sat here eating rice in a tortilla.
Edit: just “talked” to the contact link the “owner” sent out in response to this complaint and it sent me to a robot that just said “we will make sure food quality is better in future, goodbye” no human being, no contact for complaints or customer support. Nothing. Horrible business this is.

First off, this business has zero ADA parking anywhere in the lot for if you use an assistive device or have mobility needs. Second, I ordered pick up thru door dash and my order was not correct. I guess if you want the correct order, be prepared to make 2 trips and deal with non-existent accessible parking.

Food was good... but the wait for the food was ridiculous! I ordered online, showed up 20 min later and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. The line went through two full rotations during that time. Would have been better off just ordering in person. Additionally the cooking line was gross! Food all over the floor, recipes and bags just thrown on the floor. Was gross to see!
